This includes jewelry cleaning anytime you want and guarantee of quality against loosing any stones in the setting. Stopping in today for a deep clean of our jewelry required us to leave it there for the jeweler to do buffing and replacing of a broken stone all for free! They stand by their product which a couple times we've had an issue which an acceptable solution was found. They also had a Tacori show going on which was fun to try on different pieces, while drinking a free beer (you know, to losen you up to buy something ) . Many of you have heard Keith Leclerc tell you that jewelers that tell you that they can get something when those jewelers don't have it, are jewelers to stay away from because of the markup. Well guess what happened? I went looking for a Rolex watch and was told they don't have it, but that they could get it. Hmmm. As Keith has told us so many times, avoid them. So, I will avoid them...and the prices are significantly higher than other resellers plus you have to pay tax. I can't comment on any of their other jewelry. read more

I don't even want to give ONE star that's how bad my experience was. I came in with my best friend who is getting ready to be proposed to next year and the associate, Ivette, was so BEYOND rude to us. I understand we are girls in our early 20s and I'm sure many people like us come in to do some fun try-ons but this was a serious visit. Right off the bat I could tell we were being judged for even stepping foot in the store. I, myself, have been through the ring process, so I know quite a bit about diamonds, pricing, etc. it's a good thing, because Ivette was NOT interested in giving us any information. Every time I asked a serious question she would roll her eyes or say something condescending. Me and my friend tried to explain the ring she was interested in that she tried on last visit and she responded with "well I've got a lot of rings in here that doesn't help". Not only did this associate have an attitude from start to finish, but she had the audacity to call my friend's boyfriend and pressure him into buying the ring she chose as soon as we left... girl come on now... she will be getting that ring, but not from you or any of the millennia IDC associates. He will take his business elsewhere. Just a very very sad visit for my friend. This should have been a fabulous, exciting experience and it was ruined by Ivette... and if you're reading this Ivette, which I hope you do, don't judge a book by its cover, you lost a sale and broke a heart today. read more

Two days ago I slipped and fell and hit my ring, and both my husband and I agreed it was loose. I immediately took it to our local IDC (we live two hours south of Orlando) the next day and the lady who helped me took it, shook it and said, "it's fine" I explained that I would feel more comfortable if the jeweler looked at it so she took it back there, returning 30 seconds later telling me nothing is wrong with it. I could still feel the diamond move...but, I said thanks and left. I called my husband almost in tears, we're so invested into IDC with this damn diamond and their trade in program, I feel stuck. Needless to say today we drove to Orlando and was helped by amazing staff at the Conroy Road store. They did confirm the diamond was loose, and after about 5 minutes, they returned and the jeweler had fixed it. We spoke to the manager and explained our entire experience and he asked if we had 10 more minutes, he wanted to fix my ring. He came back a few minutes later and it's a perfect circle. He apologized profusely for the experience we've had, and sad to say, my husband and I will be traveling to Orlando from Port Saint Lucie (2 hours) just to see Ivette and the rest of your team at Conroy Road. read more

I should have trusted the reviews before coming to this place. I arrived on Monday to pick up my engagement ring because I'll be traveling on Saturday to propose to my girlfriend. They guaranteed it would be resized by Thursday. They called me on Thursday and said it would be ready by Friday at 5 pm. I called on Friday at 1 pm, and they told me it would be at the store after 5 pm. I drove 45 minutes to the store, and they said it wasn't there. Essentially, they ruined my proposal because now I have to travel without a ring. Believe me, they treat you like a king before you make a purchase, but after, you'll hear, "It's going to be here on Saturday, that's all I can say." So, if you're looking for a place that will treat you well after you've paid, do not come here. read more

I was very disappointed with my visit here. I made an appointment to come look at engagements rings for myself. I let the representative know what I was looking for ahead of time. When I got there, she presented 2 stones... and that was it. I was expecting a spread of some kind but did not get that. I let her know my price range and she said "if you're serious, we can talk prices with the rings." Obviously I am serious since I made an appointment to come to see you. She even asked if we wanted to finance and I said no. That should mean I am serious. I felt very disrespected and judged. Update: When I expressed to Ryan, the store manager, that I wasn't entirely satisfied with the way my ring came out (no fault of IDC), he made it very clear that they wanted to make sure I was totally happy with my purchase. Updating my review due to the excellent customer service we have received after our purchases. We bought my engagement ring, wedding band, and a men's wedding band from IDC. Since our purchase, we have taken advantage of their free care services and had great experiences. They offer free cleaning, replacement of accent stones, re-sizing, and rhodium plating. We have used all of these services as we both work with our hands all day so our rings are susceptible to surface scratches and the like more regularly. Great to have these services free (a.k.a cost built in to your purchase) so that we do not have to worry. First, we had to have my engagement ring and my husband's band resized. Both were done well and we were able to pick them up a few days later. Since the purchase, I have had my ring professionally cleaned here twice and they have come out sparkling new. I have had the rhodium plating once as I noticed my engagement ring, having worn it for a longer period of time, looked a little yellow next to my new white gold band. This past week I took my engagement ring in again because I noticed a small accent stone had fallen out and gone missing. No clue when or how it happened, but they replaced it all the same. For free. I picked it up the next day. Very happy with the continuing service we have received. Our original salesman even remembered my husband's name after he saw my ring and we talked a bit. read more

This is the sketchy, used car lot of jewelry buying. Decent jewelry but slimy, gross salespeople that push product on you and can barely hold a conversation. I had made multiple trips while researching rings and on my first visit, I told the girl my budget and she tried aggressive sales tactics to get me to "finance" the part of the ring that I couldn't afford. Every ring she showed me was at least $1000 over my budget with one being a laughable $3200 OVER budget. Second trip wasn't much better...same nonsense. Third (and last trip), I had found the setting but was interested in diamonds and from what I saw IDC had decent diamonds. My brother and I spoke to a heavier set guy who became very disinterested in the sale when he discovered I was only shopping for the stone. He also kept quizzing me on why I hadn't bought my setting from them (there's that famous IDC customer service). He also said that their prices could be haggled which may be good to know if you read this and decide to ignore my warnings and shop here anyways. The proverbial straw that broke the camel's back came when he and my brother discussed whether my bro was interested in jewelry. My brother is going through a divorce which prompts this awkward conversation after my brother said he is "happily single". The salesman said something to the effect of "I am surprised you're happily single when your kids are dealing with a divorce" which was my cue to cut the sale short. I expect courteous service and an interest in getting me what I want within budget. I tried 3 times and came up short which tells me this is policy and not one pushy salesperson. I ultimately decided to go to a family-owned shop (read my reviews if you want the name) where I picked out a custom engagement ring that was well within budget and the owners now know me by name. read more

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I find fault everywhere and I thought this place was pretty decent. I bought a Tiffany & Co. necklace from IDC online. I paid $1,400 for a necklace that Tiffany sells for $2,500. The guy I picked the necklace up from ( Scott ) was super nice. Scott even offered to clean my wedding band. As a businessmen myself, I think the negative comments here are due to people wanting a $10,000 piece of jewelry and only having a $500 budget. When you're broke, you don't go into a BMW dealership, you go to a crappy buy here / pay here place. As a businessmen, I don't spend time with people who I can obviously tell aren't going to buy anything from me. Just my 2 cents.... My only gripe about the place is that they had CBS "news" on their TV. CBS hasn't had a credible news department in 20 years. read more

The only good thing I can say about this company is that they have a great selection. My experience at the Millenia location was terrible. each time we would walk in, we had to wait a while for someone to help us even though there seem to be people available. Recently my husband purchased a ring for Valentine's Day, but when I opened it and there were two diamonds missing. We took it back to the store and the sales person looked at it and said verbatim "I can tell you've been wearing this." This ring was way too small to fit on any of my fingers as we had not had it resized yet- there was no way I could've worn it and immediately felt violated that was the first thing she said to me. She was extremely rude throughout the whole transaction and My husband left saying he would never go back there. I would urge you to stay away from this location!!! She was so RUDE and unprofessional!!! Maybe bc we were Mexican and my future SIL is black.. We went to this location on Saturday. I accompanied my daughter and her boyfriend in search of a ring to see what style she liked. Well we were "attended" to a woman who looked like she had been taking a nap with her hair all disheveled and her mascara running. I asked her if she was ok and she asked what we needed. Never even answers me. We then told her we wanted to see the rings and she walked us to the least expensive section. All this time the only other man that was there NEVER looked up nor did the Asian lady who was working there. When my daughter asked her to see a ring she would give it to her and practically have her hand open almost as of saying give it right back. I watched her the entire time and she was eyeballing my daughter and her boyfriend who is black. Giving nasty looks as if they were wasting her time. She perhaps didn't notice it bc she did it so often that I can only imagine she does it all the time. Never, not once did she try to engage in any conversation nor say anything about the rings. Nothing!! After my daughter tried on about 3 rings she asked her for a "moment" clases and locked the showcase door and went to whisper to the man. That is when I told them that we should leave bc obviously she was not interested in selling aside from her whole stinky attitude!! I even asked if if she was ok again and she would just stare at me. So while she continued to whisper we were walking to the doors and all she said was "I have to unlock those for you". Those were her only words ever! I simply told her I hope you feel better as we left. If her nasty attitude wasn't bc she's racist then she was having withdrawals of some sort. So sad that their first ring shopping experience was ruined by her. It was only after that we realized that they closed at 7 p.m. and it was 7 minutes past. Although we got there way before closing time I don't think that that gave her any right to behave the way that she did! She has no business working there if that's how she treats her customers. Such a bad experience. The sells representative was very rude from the beginning. Me and my boyfriend came in to look at engagement rings and wanted to see what they had. When we walked in the guy didn't really greet us and never said congrats when we told him we wanted to look at engagement rings. We told him what our price rang was and he took us to the area, when I asked about a certain designer he told me no because their rings are over 3K (which was a lie because on their website they sell from 1K up ). Then he was pushing us to buy that day. My boyfriend made it very clear he didn't want to buy the same day since I was there because he wanted it to be a surprise. The sells guy didn't care! He said that it didn't matter that I knew what ring I was getting and if I was there that he could just surprise me in a few weeks. He also kept changing the price of the ring & when he was talking about us financing the ring he asked what my boyfriends credit score was (which is an average score ). When we told him he immediately told us we wouldn't get approved and we had to have a score of 700 or higher. Then he asked me about my credit score (guess he wanted me to pay and finance my own ring). I felt like he didn't take us serious because we are in our early 20's and look young. My long time boyfriend and I went into the store on Millenia Blvd and from the moment we walked in it was a terrible experience. The sales woman Adelina barely greeted us and uninterestingly asked what we were looking for. Once we let her know we were looking for engagement rings she simply pointed to the display said "they're over there" and sat back down. Once she finally stood up to help, her assistance was lacking. She only spoke when we asked her questions rather than being helpful and informative as we had already established we were in the beginning staged of our search. We did let her know we were a little clueless as to the whole process and she didn't really seem like she cared. We left very discouraged and disappointed in our service and left with the idea that this would be our experience at other retailers outside of International Diamond Center. To be honest we would have brushed it off if it were not for our friends who informed us of their experience at the same location weeks prior. I was told that they had 3 different sales associates assisting them and pushing them to make a purchase. They were tended to in a way we never were and didn't even receive 50% of the attention they did. The only difference between myself and my significant other and our couple friend is that they are a white couple and we are a couple of mixed race. I hope this isn't the reason for the difference in service as this would be greatly disappointing. Luckily for us we were not discouraged enough to stop our search and went across the street to their immediate local competitor and were treated as if we were family. They asked us our budget, my preferred style and even asked our "origin" story as our greeter and my significant other shared a mutual interest in the super hero world. My reason for this lengthy review is just to bring this experience to the manager/owner attention for what I hope would be further training of their employee and we hope that no other couple of our age range (mid to late 20's) and appearance has to experience this. read more

We had an amazing experience at IDC Orlando. We worked with Adelina, and she was great. Months went by between the time we went to look, and our purchase, but we never felt pressured. We already had the solitaire we wanted to have set, and never felt uncomfortable about not buying a diamond from IDC. We were so happy, we also bought the matching wedding band at the same time. I just left the store and could not believe the unprofessionalism of these people. A wonderful lady helped me at the door, although she was only in the customer service area and not a sales rep and didn't know where anything was. I was looking to upgrade my center diamond to a 3ct and she had an Asian woman (sales rep) hold onto my engagement ring, while she went to find a similar stone to show me. The Asian woman made it seem as though I could not afford a 3ct, by talking down to me as if I was 5 years old "she asked me, you do know the cost of this size carat? Your sure you can afford it?", then she made a few remarks about my current engagement ring that were so belittling. I am so appalled by this place and they should NOT be in the business of selling rings. They just lost yet another high end customer and since I own a business with higher paying clientele, I will be going out of my way to make sure everyone knows not to give one penny to this company, as they do not know how to treat people with respect and kindness, and by the looks of it, I am not the only person with this complaint. I went in to get my wedding ring cleaned (that I bought from this store) and nobody acknowledged me to see what I came in for. Finally somebody turned around and looked at me so I told them that I came in to get my ring cleaned. He said to me "and who do you expect to do that for you?" They were busy, but they should have greeted me when I came in and told me they would get to me as soon as possible. I would've completely understood having to wait a little while. I really can't believe this sales person said this to me. It was extremely rude and isn't the way to talk to anyone especially in a luxury jewelry store. These sales people need a serious lesson in customer service and they need to learn how to handle busier times. I have always had positive experiences with idc as a.whole, When my fiance and I wanted to upgrade my ring we knew it was not an easy task as my first ring was stunning from idc altamonte. I came into the millenia store on a whim with my good friend Sarah, who has great taste and a bad shopping habit like myself... We just came to browse I swear.. We struck up a conversation with Yelitza, I told her what I was looking for and she immediately understood exactly what I wanted...in my mind I was convinced to go with the same designer but she showed me the sparkly light and suggested I try choosing a loose stone and setting, I was skeptical but when she showed me the setting she choose I was wowed, and that's a hard task... Then she found several stones in the computer inventory and said she would have them in for us next week to choose from and the stone in the setting so we could see it all put together. When we arrived on black Friday.. (talk about biggest shopping day of the year ) she then surprised me further by finding an even larger and better quality diamond then I had expected, she truly worked her butt off to create this custom ring... And the price was fair given the quality and size of the diamond. Prior to this purchase I had considered all the options, even buying online, but when making such a large purchase it's important to feel safe and know what your getting, she truly did this for us. And I know the service far extends beyond the day or purchase, I can come in for cleaning and diamond safety checks anytime. That to me is somthing a faceless Internet company just can't provide. I swear I don't work for this company, just a very happy client... And would be confidant in any future purchase at IDC with Yelitza!!! My experience buying my fiancées engagement ring was absolutely fantastic. The undivided attention that was provided from picking the diamond to designing the band was something I will never forget. Yelitza was my consultant from start to finish. Coming in I knew nothing about diamonds. She set an appointment with me after seeing what I was looking for over the phone. When I came in she spent a good hour with me explains each diamond and the qualities of each and how they compare. There was no suggestive selling, just a transparent opinion from a professional. Knowing that I wanted to pay cash for this item she explained the payment process and timelines to me that would fit my schedule of proposal. There was constant communication from the selection, design, and molding of the ring and diamond. With my stamp of approval we were full steam ahead and I was able to pickup my custom engagement ring on 6/24/2016. Beware! I would highly recommend going to a different jeweler if you are purchasing a setting. They only carry silver samples in store so everything has be "custom ordered". According to the manager "custom ordered" items can't be returned, so if you change your mind you're out 50% of the price of the setting. Stick to Jared or Kay for settings because they WILL give you your money back, no questions asked. Also..they take 4 weeks to make the ring..that's ridiculously long. Jared took 2 days. Lastly, they have THE WORST costumer service...0% invested in assisting costumers through the buying process. Also noticed that there was never anyone there shopping. Crappy service, crappy policies...do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. read more
