Love going here! Been looking for someone to do my brows since moving here and she ALWAYS slays.

I had one session on my eyebrows very uneven. Then I scheduled for a second session. first off she was 20 minutes late to my second appointment. not sure if she didn't want to do it so now she did them very uneven very unsatisfied with what she has done. I will not recommend anybody to her now my eyebrows are very uneven and look silly as hell. read more

Idk why you all are collectively lying on these reviews but this place is garbage. My girl came back from an appointment with them and she was highly disappointed. She said she asked them if they could fix them and the lady does "oh it's nothing I can do." So I guess my girl gave them one more chance and they ruined her again. Shes not confrontational so she walked out and took it as an L but I'm not gonna keep letting them bullshit other customers either. GARBAGE. 0/10 wouldn't recommend. I love this spot I've been coming here for years. I had a favorite lady and then she left. I kept going to my current lady Hiwot. After letting her do my eyebrows for several years she has to go out of town. I end up in the hair shop on chambers & 48th and find my old lady again. I come to find out they are all sisters! Hiwot is still the best! Her work is consistent. Her positive attitude and smile makes me keep coming back. No military discount. They do have a rewards program. read more

Not sure what happened to the lady that used to do my brows and I would give her a 4 star I think she was the sister of the owner if she still worked there. In regards to these new ladies that took over her spot they are no good. I always like to give ppl a couple of chances because I get bad days. I've given both a fair shot. Making brows skinnier does not equal better. Not sure if they both understand this concept but my brows do not require much. Additionally, they need to do a better job listening to what the customer wants. Too many customers let them get away with it like oh I don't wanna make a big deal it's just my brows but they need to be doing their job correctly and listening to the customers. I've been going to this place for years. Lastly, their rewards program is inconsistent I don't know when they are or aren't doing it. read more

This is a new location, near Mississippi and Chambers. I love going to Hana, so I have followed her to this location. In addition to threading, she also offers waxing. As this is a new location, this location is a bit nicer and has new equipment. I think Hana is the bees' knees when it comes to threading and waxing, which is why I continue to support her business. Hana is a consummate professional with a high attention to detail, which is very vital in her business. Hana also offers facials, which I have yet to try, but I plan on doing so in the near future. I was a bit skeptical about this place, so this goes to show don't judge a place by it's appearance. First off, the address on here is wrong so when I used 15031 E Mississippi Pl to get me there, it took me to a residential area. I guess they've recently moved and now are off of Mississippi and Chambers. Secondly, when I got to the shopping center they're located in, it was if Armageddon was about to occur--crazy traffic with bad drivers, random stragglers walking through the parking lot without watching for cars and just a rundown, dirty feel to it. But in the name of saving money, I had a Google deal to use within the next week for this place and mama needed her brows done because not a lot of people can pull off the caterpillars above eye look. I went there without appointment and found two women doing the threading and there was one other lady there ahead of me. The décor is very minimal and a cold, bland seating area to match (no good magazines either!) Soon enough it was my turn and she was done in less than 10 minutes. Some reviews on here have said that it hurts more than at other places they've had threading done but I disagree-it feels the same as if with any other place and I've been getting my brows threaded for about seven years. I don't know the name of the lady who did my brows but she did an amazing job and I felt like I had a new set on me when she was done. This is completely on the other side of town for me but I may need to come back seeing eyebrows are only $10. This is the closest eyebrow place I could find as I was driving so I decided to give it a chance despite it having 4 stars. My eyebrows look great! They're even. One usually grows thicker above so they always have to take out more on that one. It's crazy how other places can't get it right. read more

My sister brought me to International Eyebrow Threading while I was visiting her in Denver. I'm very picky with where I get my eyebrows done and have had horror stories with both waxing and threading (too much taken off, uneven, painful, etc.), but she reassured me that these ladies are great. We went during a weekday afternoon and only had to wait a few minutes. I have to say this experience was relatively painless compared to other threading experiences I've had which usually make me tear up. The lady was very detail oriented and stopped to reassess and also trimmed my eyebrows with scissors and tweezed as needed. She kept them nice and thick and gave them a perfect, symmetrical arch. I was a little shocked at the new shape and was unsure how I liked them (again, super picky with the brows). I was reassured when I went to Jimmy Johns for a sandwich right afterwards and was stopped by a girl there to tell me how great they look- phew! Needless to say, I will definitely be back when I am in the Denver area :) read more

So today I decided to step out of my comfort zone and go get mine threaded. I loved it !! My eyebrows look great and the lady that did them is very sweet and light handed. I go here pretty much every two weeks. I am super spoiled though, because where I used to go in Northern California, my eyebrow and chin would be done (relatively painlessly) within 5 minutes. No joke. It takes about 10-15 here, and it seems to hurt more for some reason? Maybe because it's slower? Like I said, I think I am just spoiled. Threading is definitely worth it though, way better than waxing. I also appreciate how this place is more private than posting up threading your shit in the middle of a mall. read more

I went to this place looking to replace my eyebrow lady from California. I called in asking to set up an appointment which they did, but did not ask for my name and I thought that was a bit strange. Nevertheless, my eyebrows were in need of desperate threading so I showed up. I was not greeted; the lady did not even give me a nod or acknowledge me, etc. But this place is so close to my house, I still wanted to stick around and give it a try. I can withstand bad service if they're able to give me great eyebrows. The threading that was done here hurt much more than my usual place. It seems like they use thicker thread which hurts more. She also seemed to be rushing. In terms of my eyebrows: The shape was okay and I believe she cut the hairs to short. I also got my upper lip done, and it turned pink which has happened with me when I wax, but not when I thread. Overall, the place is okay if I'm desperate/ don't have time to stop by anywhere else, but I wouldn't recommend it. I'll be on the hunt for a better place. I'm willing to drive a little more for better service/ threading. I have hope it exists. read more

I have been coming here for well over a year and today I walked out MAJORLY DISAPPOINTED. I have never been so cut up until today, bleeding from having my brows done. I asked the girl to stop, stating my preference to have someone more experienced. She continued to state my skin is sensitive. I had my eyebrows threaded here today and I'm very pleased with how they look. I moved to the area recently and had been going to Ulta to get them waxed since I didn't know of a good place for threading. I tried this place solely on the fellow Yelp reviews. It's in a shopping center off of Mississippi & Chambers (where Wendy's is) and it might not look fancy but the ladies are friendly and fast (but not "compromising quality fast"). When I came in they were full but I was out within 30 minutes. For those who prefer privacy: everything is in plain view. But that being said, they're clean. The ladies wore gloves and toss them after every customer, they wipe down the chair/lounge thing after every guest, etc. And for the price it's a good place to go. I bought a 3-pack groupon for this place and if it weren't for that, I wouldn't be returning. The ladies in there don't seem very experienced in this type of service and are very argumentative about how clients want their own eyebrows to look. I wasn't even greeted up walking in, and they took 2 people before me that arrived as walk-ins after me. When I sat down they just started going and didn't ask what i was looking for. When they showed me with a mirror and I asked for a few things to be corrected, they just argued. I saw this happen with another girl too. I have 2 more groupons left, so i will go back until they're finished, but after that I wont be going again. read more

This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. I have had them waxed once before with less than pleasant results so when I saw a Groupon for eyebrow threading I figured, why not? There were two people ahead of me around noon on a Tuesday so there was about a five minute wait. The eyebrow threading took ten minutes and was more painful than I had imagined (but I wasn't used to it either) while the string broke once. But once I saw my brows I was amazed! I loved the shape she chose for me and every hair was perfectly threaded into a nice line! I will be back! read more

I just used a Groupon that I purchased online and it was threading for $6. I went in & it was busyyyy! And now I know why! This place did an amazing job on my eyebrows! My eyebrows are clean, proportionate, and nice and full still. My eyebrows and skin is sensitive, but this procedure didn't hurt AT ALL! Not being a fan of tweezing and sometimes waxing can be just too darn painful I decided to give this a try. I was very pleasantly pleased. My beautician was very fast and good at what she does. I took off the 1 star because I noticed about 2 days later that I had a small scab on my upper eyelid, right under my eyebrow. Thinking back I did remember her asking me "did that hurt?" I didn't know why she asked me that but I am sure that is why. But one thing is for sure, I will never tweeze or wax again, I am a threader forever! read more

I'm a huge fan of this threading salon; although I find the actual threading painful, I am always super pleased with the results and my shape lasts a few weeks. I have gotten my eyebrows done by all the ladies here and I have never been disappointed so I just keep coming back faithfully. I've been to a lot of different eyebrow places, and this is by far the best one and most convenient for me. I've had my eyebrows done by many of the ladies at this location. I've had one bad experience where my brows were done too thin, but it was probably a miscommunication between the both of us. Since then, if it's a new girl doing my brows, I make sure to mention that I want to keep the fullness and just want a clean up. I have had zero issues since then. Very clean and fast! read more

I went there because I had a groupon. It was like fifteen minutes of pure pain, she ripped my skin off. There are missing spots of skin above my eye, and I was bleeding and crying and had to beg her to stop several times. When she got done they were uneven, but when I pointed it out she said there was nothing she could do to fix it because it would make one of them too thin... Thanks to Yelp I found this place and thought I would give it a try since I was desperate to get my eyebrows done. I have paid up to $30+ to have my eyebrows waxed and "shaped" and, I must say, I was more impressed with my $10 threading I got here than I've been in awhile! Even my husband noticed the difference right away! I hadn't had threading done in years and thought I would miss waxing, but I didn't mind. I'll be back. read more

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, who knows me knows how picky and particular I am. I want what I want how I want it; it's my money and I want my money's worth. I'm very, very picky about my eyebrows. I mean, your face is the first thing others see and judge you on. I've had plenty of folks wax or thread my eyebrows for the last decade and I've ALWAYS had to leave them, save for one or two. The relationship starts off great, then they do something funky to my brows and I gotta go. Hana had received plenty of good reviews, so I decided to try this place out. Today was my second time; I didn't want to give a review until after a couple of times. I don't initially like my eyebrows when she's done, but after a few hours, a day at most, I'm pleased. The first time I was ever threaded years ago, I cried. Hana does a great job and I haven't cried or even been in much pain. I'm impressed. I hope our relationship continues. Also, you can't beat $10 for threading. I've paid as much as $20 and wasn't even close to satisfied. read more
