I recently booked a nail appointment for 1:30 PM and had high expectations for the service, as I chose this establishment based on the images I've seen of their nails and the salon seemed to have a decent vibe to it with the images showing lots of seating and cleanliness. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of what I anticipated. On my way to the appointment, there was an accident that completely blocked the road, causing me to arrive a few minutes late. I immediately checked in upon arrival and explained the situation. Given that I had an appointment, I expected to be seated shortly after, as is standard practice in most reputable salons. However, to my surprise, the staff chose to seat two walk-in clients--who were only just deciding on their services--before they sat me. This blatant disregard for appointments was not only unprofessional but also extremely frustrating. I was finally seated at 2:03 PM, over 30 minutes past the scheduled time of my appointment. By this point, I was already concerned about whether I would have enough time to get my nails done before my next engagement at 3:45 PM. I had planned my day carefully and allotted plenty of time for this service, but their poor time management completely disrupted my schedule. As a paying customer, I expected better. Honoring appointments should be a basic standard of customer service, especially when clients take the time to schedule in advance. Instead, I felt undervalued and disregarded. This delay not only caused unnecessary stress but also left me unable to complete the service I had come for, effectively wasting my time and my gas. To make matters worse, the staff showed no urgency or acknowledgment of the inconvenience they caused. There was no apology or attempt to make up for the delay, which further highlighted their lack of professionalism and respect for their clients. This experience has left me incredibly disappointed. Time is valuable, and customers deserve to feel prioritized when they book appointments. Unfortunately, this establishment demonstrated a clear lack of respect for their clients' schedules. Because of this, I doubt I will return in the future. There are plenty of other salons that understand the importance of good customer service and honoring appointments, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. This place is a hidden gem. The service is good. I really like that the majority of the staff is young and up on the trends of the current nail styles. The shop is clean and organized. They have so many different polishes, gels, dips, and nail extensions. There are many other services that they have like waxing and eyebrow shaping to name a few. The website is up to date, just Google it. They have multiple options to pay, but as always cash is preferred. I do wish the pricing was a lot less at every nail shop. Unfortunately with the rising costs of inflation I don't ever think I will see the day when I can get a full set and mani-pedi for less than $70 with tip. I usually request Luis but forgot to do that for today's pedicure. The very pregnant young lady who worked on my feet was a poor worker and actually very lazy. Why she was there working around those fumes is beyond me, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Right from the beginning her ethics and attitude were very slovenly and unmotivated. She almost refused to talk to me to tell me what leg she wanted to work on or where to put my foot. Her English was a little challenging, but not altogether unintelligible. I started getting upset and she continued to do below-average work in prepping my toenails to be painted and was not motivated whatsoever. Her leg and foot massages were horrible and the cuticle and nail trimming was poor and her French manicure looks awful. I've been going here often. Most of the time they do an alright job, nothing outstanding. Last time I went a young man did my nails, acrylic french tip. Well.......nails didn't last more than a week and a half, they started lifting about a week in and I had to glue more than half of them back in place. Less than two weeks after getting them done, 4/5 of my nails came of on my left hand and my right hand nails were completely lifted off. My index finger acrylic nail broke off completely and lifted off my natural nail, while they were lifting I was in so much pain from having them placed like that. I get nails often and I've never had acrylic nails lift so easily after a week. Won't be coming back after that, I don't want to be in pain lol. read more

I used to love this salon, I've gone to it regularly but after the past two experiences I've had safe to say I won't anymore. The service I received yesterday was the turning point. I asked for a french tip with dipping powder and the dip came out so poorly. There are dents all over my nails. The french tips on every nail is different. Ridiculous I paid $70+ for this. Unprofessional lol. Lady literally said she was so hungry she could not see straight towards the end. Will no longer be coming to this salon. read more

This is the waxing service I received. They literally peeled my skin off and sent me away without saying a word. After noticing the burning sensation and the pain not resolving, I finally took a look at the mirror. And this was what I found. Went back to request a refund and they denied me. Why? Because the owner is in vietnam and the employees there are not able to supposedly process the refund. Also, I had gone back less than a week after my last nail set because they were so bad and the tech did a terrible job and would not listen to what I wanted. 0/10 do not go there. I promise you will regret it. I also want to mention that I'm a regular customer there and that's how they chose to treat me. read more

I went to this business to get my my nails done for my upcoming wedding. I am new to the area so I was not familiar with any other establishments. The technician I had was a young man who was constantly on his phone. If he wasn't looking at his phone he was in a huge hurry to get my nails done and get me to pay. At one point I actually had to stop him because the glue had not your dried. The level service I received was the worst of any nail salon I've ever been to in my life. To think that this would happen in one of the most important weeks in my life makes it that much worse. The finished product does not look good. I will need to go somewhere else to have these taken off and replaced. To top it off he charged me almost double what I found out the going rate is with others in my area. There's absolutely no way that I can recommend this location to anyone. read more

*UPDATE* I have called twice now asking for a refund. They avoid it like the plague and insist i return to "fix it". My sister have been coming for almost a year now and the last two experiences were awful. This was my last go at it. The gentleman we had is the manager of the store. He is very aggressive and hurt both MINE and my sisters nails while working on us. I asked him and suggested MULTIPLE things to fix the nails and he dismissed it. My appointment was at 3 and didn't get started on until 3:15. I just had an awful experience and would just love my money back. *The owner responded to my review by telling me i should've spoke up before i left. I spoke up WHILE i was getting my nails done. I have no interest returning here; they refuse to give me a refund. How can you look at these and charge 75$?? Charged me 75$ for this. Not at all what i wanted or asked for. This is the second time I've had a bad experience here. Recommended a different color to try to fix it, and my nail tech said "i don't think that'll look good" and sent me off with this. Well today was my last day coming to this nail place. I thought I finally found a good one but after coming here at least 6 times I refuse to upcharged NOW. I am noticing when you make an appointment you still have to wait for the nail tech to get to work. Also this time I was charged a "length fee" but I had her file my nails shorter. So disappointed. Went to this location as it is close to my work, and initially was happy enough. However less than a week later I am very dissatisfied. First the positives: The location is lovely and very relaxing. The pedicure was nice and that at least seems to be holding up well The negative: I had a shellac French manicure done. One nail did require a tip as I had broken that nail and that seems to be holding up fine, although I wouldn't say a lot of effort was put in to shaping it. The real negative however is that on Friday (services occurred on Monday) the thumb nail on my right hand chipped and then tore off where the polish chipped off and the same thing is happening to my left index finger. For the record I do not wear my nails particularly long and I work as an office manager, so I am not hard on my nails. So, so frustrated and I am hoping if nothing else I can get a refund for the manicure! read more

My regular nail place was all booked so I went here. Terrible! Save your time, money, and nails - go somewhere else. My gel nails started peeling and breaking after 4 days. The polish was super thin even after 3 coats - they obviously refill those bottles with the solution to make them last longer. They couldn't follow a very basic design I showed, I had to explain every step. I had 3 colors on my nails and a thin strip on one of them - they charged an extra $10 for it. That's not the norm. Everything else I could have lived with, but the fact that my nails didn't even hold up one week is unacceptable. Definitely will not come back. Disappointed. read more

This was my first time going to this salon in a while, and I was not disappointed. I had my nails done by Tim, one of the managers, who took time and effort to ensure my nails were perfect. He was very precise with his work and I was left with exactly the nails I sought for prom and graduation. The environment was calm and the building itself was gorgeous, with many decorations that contributed to its lax mood.
