I booked an initial tweeze session with Shante but got a wax. I should have confirmed before I laid down, but the service provider has a schedule of what she is doing so I don't feel like I should have to confirm. I also expressed my sensitive skin worries, before the service and she acknowledged that, but still used the wax anyways. The skin above and below my eyes was red and peeling for two days after the service. When I asked about it, all I was told was to put Benadryl on my skin. Cortisone near one's eyes is not a great idea from a medical standpoint. It was too late to stop her as I didn't know what she was doing til she pulled the wax linen strip off. I thought she was still using the template when she was touching my face. I also had to ask for the color fill although it was included in the price. $55 is very high for the factory like service I received. I felt as though my service was not individualized and everyone going to Shante gets the same exact procedure no matter what you pay for. The only reason, this was not one star, was because it was very easy to book on the website. Other than that, there is no positives with booking at this beauty Lounge. Many places do a much better job, and cost 20 to 30% less. I definitely will not be back. read more

I've seen Kellie a couple times for lash lifts and both times it was a waste of money. I've had successful lash lifts in the past from different lash places so I told her exactly what to do for the lift to work on my lashes but she didn't listen; both times. I figured there was some trial and error involved so I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time and decided to go back but this time it was evident she just doesn't know what she's doing. I have been seeing Guiles at Beauty Lounge for my brows several months now, and I'm hooked! I overplucked as a teen, and have never been able to get full brows since. I never even thought about waxing them or anything since they were skimpy to begin with, but seeing Guiles has made a huge difference! I LOVE this cute brow and lash boutique! Nicole is a doll, she did an amazing job with my brows, I didn't want to remove my makeup after a good brow day. After an awful wax job & over tweezed at my regular spa, I had to just let my brows grow for 3 months and left them untouched. I will never go else where but here. I like a few of the girls that work there but would not recommend Jaclyn. I recently had an appointment with her and after showing up on time still waited 6-8 minutes to start my appointment. When she finally came out of her room and figured out that I was there we finally started. During the appointment I kept hearing her phone vibrate and she kept taking pauses which leads me to believe she was texting. finally after almost an hour she told me that our appointment was up and to book more time next time if I wanted my eyelashes to look fuller. I asked her what time it was and she said a few minutes before the hour was actually up meaning that she started late and ended early. The Beauty Lounge is hands down my favorite place in the Lone Tree area - it's such a hidden and unexpected little oasis. Every employee is friendly and welcoming when I walk it. The women at this salon seem to know what they're doing. My eye doctor recently complimented my eyelashes and told me that they were the best set that he has yet to see. I had a full set of lashes put on 4 days before a big event. They looked great for a day. Within 2 days I had lost half of them. I called to see if they could get me in to fix them and the gal told me there was no availability but I could individually text lash artists, and gave me their cell numbers. I was a bit put off by this but I was desperate so I did it. Only one responded and couldn't fit me in before my event. $150 and they lasted 2 days! The salon didn't make it right or stand behind their service. The receptionist asked if I'd gotten them wet, slept on them funny, etc. I was so careful with them, and told her I have worn lashes before and I had taken proper care. I went to another salon that was able to fit me in, and she said they were all falling off and not attached close to the base. She removed them and put on a whole new set. read more

I went to cristal for a lash lift and tint and she was so sweet and so fast. I was only there for about an hour!
