One morning while my step mom was battling cancer and our heater has gone out while it was 20°, my dad had to come here for a possible retinal detachment. The staff worked fast to get him in immediately and care for him and ease his anxieties. It ended up being something less serious but they did a great job. The follow up was also thorough, caring & compassionate. Highly recommend! read more

I went in for an exam on September 8, paid for half my glasses. I was told that in 2 business weeks I would have my new glasses. I called two weeks , my glasses were not done. I was given no explanation. I called the fallowing week . I was told that they did not have the material to make my lenses . I was told that before the end of the day they would call with more information. I had to call the next day , because I had not heard from them. They informed me that material had come in and my glasses would be done next week. I called this morning was told my glasses would arrive on Friday. I asked for money back I would take my prescription else where. I was told that not their policy. I could return the glasses after the came in. I was even told by one of the people I spoke to that , the glasses had come in but were broken. I highly recommend no one go here. read more
