I was given no explanation. I called the fallowing week . I was told that they did not have the material to make my lenses . I was told that before the end of the day they would call with more information. I had to call the next day , because I had not heard from them. They informed me that material had come in and my glasses would be done next week. I called this morning was told my glasses would arrive on Friday. I asked for money back I would take my prescription else where. I was told that not their policy. I could return the glasses after the came in. I was even told by one of the people I spoke to that , the glasses had come in but were broken. I highly recommend no one go here.
