Raul found a smart solution that avoided breaking the drywall and got the door hanging and sliding perfectly again. The office door was badly misaligned due to foundation settling. Raul carefully adjusted it, aligned it to the frame, and added a rubber seal to make it soundproof. The final result was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The backyard door had a similar alignment issue. Raul trimmed and aligned the door properly and added a rubber seal so it now closes tightly and seals well. A week ago one of the smaller solid windows developed a CRACK on the inside of the glass from end to end. I called Vista glass and they refused to cover it under warranty because it was BROKEN and they said that if it was a result of their workmanship, it would have cracked much sooner. They quoted me another $700 plus to replace a 32 1/2 x 32 1/2 inch window. I would not recommend this business because they did not stand behind their work.
