Raul picked up the phone right away, got me a reasonable quote and came out to install a new window on balcony door within a few days. Raul kept me updated on when the glass would arrive and when he could come out to get it installed. He's super knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Based upon the yelp reviews of this company I contacted them. I have a wooden door which needed to be realigned. I talked with Raul, who apparently is the owner of the company. He asked me to send a video of the door so that he could assess the problem. He said it was just an adjustment and it would not take long. Based upon that, I told him I would be home on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and he could come at his convenience on any of those days. He was very agreeable and said that he would come and do the repair. He did not - no text, no call, no-show. I called him the following week and he said he could get to it on Thursday between 10 am and 12 PM. Once again, no text, no call, no-show. He wasted two weeks of my time. Now I'm starting over looking for someone to repair the door. I honestly don't know how these people stay in business. Don't waste your time. read more

Raul did an outstanding job fixing three very challenging doors in my home. The pocket sliding door was especially difficult -- I was told the wall would need to be opened to fix it. Raul found a smart solution that avoided breaking the drywall and got the door hanging and sliding perfectly again. The office door was badly misaligned due to foundation settling. Raul carefully adjusted it, aligned it to the frame, and added a rubber seal to make it soundproof. The final result was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The backyard door had a similar alignment issue. Raul trimmed and aligned the door properly and added a rubber seal so it now closes tightly and seals well. Raul is skilled, professional, and clearly very experienced. He takes the time to do things the right way and find the best solution. I highly recommend him for any door repairs. read more

Owner Raul came out to the great Oro Valley home we'd just purchased, to estimate work to be done which the home inspection had identified, such as installing multiple new thermal windows, replacing several hand cranks, misc drywall and putting in a new closet, for starters. He spent about an hour discussing the work and options -- which was appreciated -- and promised a proposal/estimate within a week. Then never heard anything back . . . even after follow-up multiple texts and phone calls. Nothing . . . like a "common courtesy" response that he's no longer interested or available -- but it is much better to find that a potential home contractor is unresponsive BEFORE engaging them, with deposit, rather than after. read more

Someone decided to use our bedroom window for archery practice, much to my dismay. I placed a call to R &R and he was quick to get back to me. We scheduled a time to have the damage inspected and worked up a very reasonable quote. It took a little while for the glass to arrive, but that was beyond his control as everything seems to be on back order or delayed these days. He contacted me once our glass had arrived and we scheduled the install. Day of install he texted me to let me know they were on their way. They were here a total of about 90 minutes, explained the process of what they were doing and why, cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. Very polite and courteous. I've been having a lot of difficulty with my sliding glass door lately. I finally called some contractors and 2 advised a new door which would cost about $4,000. Then I called Raul at R&R Home Improvements, LLC. When I asked about new doors he said, "Let me ask you this, do you want a new door or repairs?" Wow! I was very impressed. Meeting with Raul was great for estimate repair on broken window. Showed up on time. Great price. Efficient, although the first pane broke. It took a little more time than expected for a replacement.
