El sábado 06/03/22 visite la farmacia, los empleados que atienden a las persona en el frente , no…read morese muestran educados , hice la orden del medicamento y comenzaron a llegar persona en busca q les atendiesen , esperaban a beber un café , se colocaban de espaldas para hablar temas personales sin prestarles atención de inmediato , solo hasta q después terminaban de hablar sobre el tema, les contestaban en tono poco agradable y gentil , , el teléfono sonaba constantemente y con cuatros empleados en el frente nadie atendía la llamada , pasaron 8 personas después de mi orden y nadie me entregaba el medicamento , me dirigí a una persona de las q atiende al público y solo en lugar de expresar cómo le puedo ayudar , solo contestó , no yo le hice esa orden , pienso q podía ayudar al menos a recordar o preguntar le al resto de los empleados por mi orden , luego me dirigí a otra y alguien de sus colegas le dirigió la palabra y ella solo constesto virandome la cara , es q ella quiere hacerme una pregunta ahora , solo quería información de mi orden porque seguían pasando otras personas en mi espera y nadie aparecía ni con los medicamentos ni con una respuesta , en fin creo q el dueño del lugar no sabe o quizás desconoce cómo está su negocio en relación a customer services . This CVS is busier than what I'm used to in other areas; however, they appeared to be well staffed. Unfortunately, one of the staff members, Marlen, ignored and dismissed our request for assistance at the photo center. When we explained that the printer was out of paper, we were told, "Well, then it's not working." When her coworker told her to call the manager to help us, she instead slowly taped up a box that would later sit while we continued to wait for assistance. She then curtly told us to wait which we were patiently doing all along. After repeated requests, the manager finally came and appeared to be unaware of how long we were waiting or what just transpired. We gave him a quick update, and he assured us that he would have a discussion with her. Marlen continued to dart her eyes in our direction while we were there. The manager printed our pictures and personally checked us out at the register. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience; and although the manager was helpful, I will not be returning to this location again. I can purchase the same products in a different environment where my money may be better appreciated.

Instead of loss prevention doing their actual job and watching people, to see if they are truly stealing, this woman decided to walk up to my husband to MAKE HIM FEEL LIKE SHIT, she wanted to use the little bit of power she holds at her job.What a sad woman. This was Saturday, Feb 6 in the morning. We are not coming back! I can see why they are so poorly rated. The management needs training, they don't know what they are doing, running a damn circus.
