I normally enjoy a quick trip to CVS since it is usually located in a convenient location and the volume of customers is never anything close to overwhelming. This CVS is busier than what I'm used to in other areas; however, they appeared to be well staffed. Unfortunately, one of the staff members, Marlen, ignored and dismissed our request for assistance at the photo center. When we explained that the printer was out of paper, we were told, "Well, then it's not working." When her coworker told her to call the manager to help us, she instead slowly taped up a box that would later sit while we continued to wait for assistance. She then curtly told us to wait which we were patiently doing all along. After repeated requests, the manager finally came and appeared to be unaware of how long we were waiting or what just transpired. We gave him a quick update, and he assured us that he would have a discussion with her. Marlen continued to dart her eyes in our direction while we were there. The manager printed our pictures and personally checked us out at the register. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience; and although the manager was helpful, I will not be returning to this location again. I can purchase the same products in a different environment where my money may be better appreciated. read more

Worst experience ever. They had 6 people working in there and just one employee serving drop off, pick up, and drive thru. Even though there were just 3 people in line, I was there 45 minutes. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. One would go crazy watching the "patient" employees assist the same person for an entire hour while there's a line stretching the the isles. I wanted to get a covid test coming out of work , I should've just went home I stayed in a line and decided to ask if they even had covid tests, I was told they were on isle 18 , so they must have assumed I knew exactly where it is and exactly what it looked like. Ridiculous. The 2 employees were a little older but that is no excuse to take your sweet time with one customer when you have a whole line. The pharmacy people had to exit the pharmacy area just to help me find it. ALL IN ALL THE MOST GARBAGE CVS IVE EVER BEEN TO. Lots of aisles stocked fully. Clean and tidy, with decent staff. Parking is easy. I love how you can run in and out without walking for miles like at some of the department stores nearby. When you're in a rush, this is a good place get your merchandise. read more

This is by far the absolute WORST CVS in the entire area. Every single time I wait 45 minutes up to an hour in the drive thru for a prescription pick up. They never have the medication ready, if you get someone to help you that speaks English it's a miracle. But the worst of the worst is the fact that you wait so long and the Spanish older lady with glasses and conveniently no name badge .. should definitely not be working in customer service at all. The rudest human being I have ever met. You would think they would feel bad that they have you waiting for such a long time... HA yeah right. Worst Pharmacy EVER ! They recently changed their hours from opening at 8am to 9am. I asked the pharmacist that was there if she could please help me and give me my perception as they are also closed now from 1:30pm to 2pm daily and it's the second time I can't get it. I was with my cousin trying to print out some photos today when I asked the manager lady with the blonde hair for help she said that the computer doesn't have any labels to print out the photos. When we both check the other computer it had the label on, we both printed the pictures. We both waited in the line for 30 minutes and it was just 2 people working. The manager in blonde hair talking to one of the customers asking questions & doesn't do her job right. The other lady doesn't even know what she doing. People are just standing there & saying stuff to the manager to hurry up. 15 minutes goes by the manager went to help another customer for some perfumes, the other lady in the register called me for next in line I didn't wanted to go because there was another lady with her child to pass, but lady in register just told me to come and skipped. Me & my cousin asked about the photos that we printed & the lady said that the photos never printed & that the computer doesn't work or print. So we both wasted time and we went home. They need to hire new managers that can do there job & get more people to work. read more

Great pharmacy but for some frustrating reason they always close early. While the store is usually organized and staff is very helpful; what good is it if you're barely open at night when most get off work after 6pm. If you're in a rush don't even think about stopping here unless it's an unusual time of day/night to be out. I've been shopping at this CVS for years because it is conveniently on my way to work and close to home. I visit at least twice a month. I have a prescription here and I tend to buy a few things I regularly need here (feminine products, hair products, gift cards, deodorant, refreshments, make-up, etc,.). It seems to me like they always have someone new working behind the register. The lines are typically long and there is never more than one cashier. This bugs the life out of me! The line for paying prescriptions is also painfully long. I understand that this CVS is really busy just because the location is right on a main road near the highway exit, but holy cow, please hire some lively cashiers! Other than that the bathroom usually smells awful but at least the store is always neat and totally stocked up. read more

I only came here because i needed to pick up my wife's medicine! There is no other reason i would come here. I arrive around 8:30 to the drive up auto pharmacy entrance and wait in lane 2 for the lady to attend me because she's attending another customer. At around 8:34 she finishes with the customer after waiting two minutes i hit the call button she answers the phone and starts talking to another pharmacist then after a minute of waiting for her she tells me that lane two is broken and i need to go to lane one! At this point another car had already arrived to lane one now its wait time. This isn't the first time I've had issues here and thats why i don't come here at all, this is the nearest cvs that carries my wife's medicine trust u me if it wasn't for that i wouldn't come here at all as previously mentioned read more

This cvs is one of my favorite. It's always well stocked and organized. They are also not annoying about accepting coupons. The only drawback here, is the long wait time in the photo department as well as the checkout lines. The staff is always helpful and courteous. read more

I've been having my prescription sent here for over a year with one type of insurance. I got pregnant back in April and switched my insurance to Medicaid and since then it's been such a problem. The automated machine calls me telling me my prenatal tablets are ready for pick up and when I go they're not ready. When I call to refill my prescription when I go to pick up there's nothing in the system. I don't have a co payment with Medicaid yet they seem to not update their system to see I no longer have the other insurance which means I do not have a co payment. Every time time I come it's a problem and such a waste of time, and the employees are not helpful at all with my problems. They make it seems as its my fault when really THEY need to better their service in order to help the patient better so it's an easier time! Very upset and transferring over to Walgreens! read more

The CVS by Westland Mall is awesome. I went there just today and everything was great, in both the pharmacy and at the checkout. This was my first time picking up a medicine at this location, so I was a bit wary at first since the last CVS I went to kind of sucked. All the ladies working in this area were very friendly and helpful. Although it wasn't ready when I first got there, they had it ready quickly afterwards. They took the time to ask me if I had any questions in regards to my prescriptions, how and when to take them, etc. While waiting for my prescription to be filled, I decided to shop around and see what was on sale. A gentleman named Armando (I believe he was the manager) helped me with all my questions. He knew where to find the items I asked for. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I was looking for, even going as far as going to the back to pull a multivitamin that I needed for my mom. Him and the girl working at the registers were both polite and moved the line quickly. My only gripe is the fact that they seem to get slammed easily. They definitely seem to be a bit shorthanded. Other than that, this was a positive experience and I would definitely come back to this place. read more
