It's also across from the Daytona Beach International Speedway. Overall, there's plenty of things to do here. You could even relax in the central lawn and sit in one of the little pods. This area looks nice and modern compared to what's outside of One Daytona. And it's really close to the Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB), too!

Sunshine Park Mall is on Ridgewood Avenue, so it is extremely convenient and there is plenty of parking. With the lack of great shopping, I would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere if you want to do some window shopping, but if you are heading here for a particular business, you should have no issues. I was between giving Sunshine Park Mall two stars or three stars. I opted to give it three stars.

My only previous visit to this aging mostly vacant mall was for an indoor flea market (don't know if this is a reoccurring event or just a one time show) but that was a few years ago and this property seemed to be in decline at that time, but not nearly to this extent. After attempting to have breakfast we decided to walk around this mall to take our mind off the awful food we just walked away from, this place is more depressing and disappointing than the breakfast attempt. It was mid day and I saw two people in the entirety of this mall and they could have been owners of the empty stores. I don't see a need to return.....
