If you can stand walking through the sea of people on Bedford Ave, this place is the best option for getting large printing jobs done! More efficient and friendlier staff than any Staples or other large office store, and for Williamsburg locals, it's quite conveniently located. This place is your standard printing place. Nothing more, nothing less. The bald headed guy who works there, drawing cartoons all day is a loose cannon, however. He is incredibly rude and freaks out on the customers for no reason. He is extremely unprofessional curses while customers are in the store. Any slight inconvenience and he's off like "Jesus f*cking Christ are you kidding me!?" I heard him tell a customer "get out of my f*cking face" after asking a simple question. Please beware. They are open until 11PM which is basically 4-stars earned for me, since having to wait for Staples to open during normal business hours can affect deadlines. Located in the back of the minimall on Bedford (there also seemed to be a side entrance that goes out to... N6th?) the Internet Garage is a small spot with maybe about 10 workstations. I was lucky that it was empty--The dude working was nice & pointed me to any computer... I went straight to the first one I saw, plugged my USB in. The computer was incredibly fast--I was able to pull up and print out a PDF file in under a minute. The downside is--I was /literally/ on the computer for 60 seconds and it was almost $4 to print a dozen copies. I was in a rush though, so this place was a savior in a fit of desperation--but I don't really have any intentions to go back. But if I'm frantic as hell, I guess I know this place gets the job done fast for that dolla dolla bill! read more

I don't know the name of the guy that helped me here, but Internet Garage should be called Internet Heaven because he is an Internet Angel. I had a very late night printing session and he was so nice and helpful when I was super stressed and tired, and was also helping a little old lady how to use word on one of the computers very very patiently. Pricing is totally fair, they also don't charge to use the computers to load files which drives me crazy at Fed Ex. I don't normally write yelp reviews but this place is my new #1 print spot and I hope these guys last forever in this hood. read more

This kid is a broker but tells me he is a business with his own printing company but he sources them out and when I received my products which I ordered business cards and flyers the quality was horrendous and he was really not helpful and didn't acknowledge the printing issue and he was not even courteous to accept the fault and reprint our order. I had to reprint the flyers and business cards from other printer since he screwed up our order. This garage is horrible never use them if you want quality products. read more

Read into that what you will." so, i'll expound: the internet's kind of slow. the payment system is awkward. the people that worked there (when i visited) were disinterested puds, the music was crappy and there were some pretentious a-holes just standing around, putting up their band flyers or talking on their phone about some idiot party they went to. that's 1993, except for the phones. that's pretty substantive and first-hand. and if this gets flagged again it's clear it was the owner who flagged it the first time. read more

Sergio made me uncomfortable from the moment I got there. He hovered over me while I used the computer, offered to give me a massage, and asked me questions like, "Where do you live?", "Why haven't I ever seen you here before?" and "Is that a southern accent I hear?" When I went to pay, he suggested we get a drink instead. After I turned him down again, he didn't take the hint and kept asking why I wouldn't go out with him. I was so fed up that I threw down a few dollars and left an unintentional tip for the creepiest service I've ever received. I've been trying to get in touch with a manager for the past week, but each time I call, Sergio answers, and I get the same response: Moishe, the manager, isn't around and that I should just try to call back later. I wouldn't be leaving this review if sometime in the last week I'd been able to talk to Moishe, and I doubt that Sergio would be doing these things if Moishe were around. read more

I was in and out in less than 3 minutes so that's why I'm giving 4 stars since i don't know what they offer in full. pretty easy set up. There's a computer where you select how much time you want. You feed your dollar bill s into the feeder and you get a log in ticket. Go to any machine and punch in the log in number and launch the Firefox web browser. Prints are 20 cents a piece. the staff will answer your questions effectively and straightforwardly, complete with bland Williamsburg countenance (not saying that's a bad thing, it is what it is, chuckle). I accidentally deleted some pics off an SD card. This place said they did data recovery for $20. So i left the card there for 30 minutes then came back and they handed me a disk of pictures. I went home and viewed the disk and it was of pictures that I had not deleted so I went back and they said that was all the pictures that were on the card. Then I downloaded some free recovery software at home and was able to see the deleted pictures that Internet Garage claimed were not there. This place is not a legit data recovery spot as they claimed. read more

The concept of the area is awesome, the set up and atmosphere are cool-- the $5 for 24 hrs. might not be that much, but you are still paying.
