I can't even begin to express my gratitude to everyone who helped me, but especially Ali. I came in with a few boxes but expressed to him that I had a few others and was going to have to make another trip. He then offered to send someone with a car to my apartment the next day to help me get the boxes to the store, for free. How can I adequately express my love for these guys? I take a half an hour subway to *specifically* ship through them. Why? Because when you ship through these guys they Have. Your. Back. I shipped a package worth thousands of dollars through them, and near the end of its journey with fedex, it mysteriously went missing. Tracking number showed it had been delivered and signed for at the specified address, and yet everyone was throwing up their hands saying they had no idea where it went. I called Qwik Pack in a desperate effort to see if I could get proof of delivery, heck anything, that could help out with this considering the cost of the package. The manager stopped what he was doing, called the location on his personal phone, and was determined to get to the bottom of it. And we did!
