That said, the staff members working here are clearly hardworking, and the cashier was kind and respectful. I appreciate the effort of the employees and do not fault them. While this place benefits from its tourist location and social media attention, my personal experience did not reflect the hype. Then the real problem, I simply wanted to get some screws replaced that are corroded or get an idea of the price. Nope told no you don't need to replace them and just wait until it gets worse before fixing a small problem to solve a bigger one down the road. Legit just looked at it and said it's only corrosion on the screw head, which I'm not sure how you can tell there is not corrosion on the body without removing the screw. Forgetting the fact that once the chemical process starts it doesn't stop and will continue to get worse. I also had to wait so I got to hear also how he interacted with other customers and safe to say it was not great especially the people in front of me who seems new to photography. Would be far better off just going to B&H if you're new or looking for gear.

Despite their giant portfolio of large companies, I felt my tiny fraction of their business was still important to them. This was my first project with DiJiFi, a small test run digitizing (20) 1950's black and white photos and (4) negatives, to see the quality in person that I've only read about until now. I got 4 for $20 even, and they were cut to the exact size (you have to cut them yourself at CVS and are expensive at $17.99 for the really low quality you are getting), and they provided a mini manila envelope to store them. The little envelope fit perfectly in my wallet. I was really pleased, especially as I had had a prior subpar experience at CVS trying to get these photos. Additionally, Luster provides a plethora of other photo services, so good to keep them in mind for such things.
