The staff is great. They're quick and they've never missed my veins. I highly recommend.

This hole experience with this lab has not been professional in my eyes. When I came in I overheard them openly talking bad about people and not tending to the patience. I am pregnant I just received multiple call's at 8 in the morning waking me and them not waiting for a call back to talk about my results, I had finally woke up and given them a call back and I get a few rings and then get hung up on. To blow a pregnant woman up at 8 in the morning to talk about results and then not to answer is very unprofessional, My experience in there my first time was very unprofessional when getting my blood drawn I actually now travel farther to get my blood work done now. read more

Terribly rude. I came into the pearl street location during my lunch to have my blood drawn. There was one lady filling out paperwork and another man waiting for his wife in the lab, and several lab techs drawing blood. I filled out the slip, dropped it in the slot and proceeded to wait.... and wait... and wait... while they called back TWO PEOPLE who came in before me. I go up to the window and I ask the lady (who could barely be bothered to drag her eyes up from her computer screen) "did you get my slip?" She screams, "WHAT?!?!? I CAN'T HEAR YOU THROUGH THE GLASS!" So I moved to the side and I asked again, "Did you get my slip?" She literally rolls her eyes, looks at the slip still sitting in the box, untouched, slaps it, reads it and goes, "yeah, you're next." So i go sit down and proceed to wait EVEN LONGER. Everyone who has been called back is now gone and they are still not calling me. I get up and say, "I need to hurry. I'm on my lunch and I still have a 20 minute drive back." They literally just said, "we'll get to you when we can." As she's carrying around a plate of food and chit chatting. And that was it. I just left and barely made it back to work on time. Ive also been fasting for 12+ hours, diabetic and extremely hungry. Didn't have any time to get anything to eat and now I have to cancel my appointment. I will never go back to this lab. I've been going there for over four years, they are very professional and good at what they do.

I appreciate that Interpath lab has convenient hours for early morning blood draws in a first come first serve basis. However there are few things I take issue with: 1) I think they are short staffed at the Richland location which leads to errors like not putting in insurance information correctly. 2) Even when they do have the insurance information they fail to bill it leading to increased costs. When you point the failure out to them they just play stupid. I want like them my but due to billing issues I am not happy. read more

I tried repeatedly to get a $107.00 charge changed because the dr.'s office miscoded the test and Medicare didn't pay...so I paid. The coding was fixed but they never acknowledged anything was done and showed the matter as CLOSED. They've gotten so big that I guess they feel they can do whatever they want. Besides, the billing lady was in the Philippines, the sound quality was spotty, and all I could hear was her loud radio or television. Very unprofessional. read more

Very happy to have switched to this lab! They are very friendly and super patient. The phlebotomist I worked with was very professional and caring, and she made it super quick and easy for registering and check in. They also have early hours M-F at 7:30 AM for those early fasting draws. read more

This is my first visit to Interpath Lab.. ....as a new customer/patient, I was very impressed with the friendly, personal ,yet professional service provided... The young lady at the desk took my info(name/date of birth and insurance cards) as soon as I entered... ..........and the phlebotomist asked me to have a seat in her cubicle ..greeted me with friendly chatter....skillfully drew my blood sample without leaving a wound/bruise and informed me that Dr. Vance would have the results by the next day... .I was in and out of the lab in 15 minutes....I can understand why Dr. Vance's practice uses the interpath lab.. So my husband showed up because he was told to get a fasting blood draw ASAP. He had to come to this Interpath because they are the only ones open on Saturday. We showed up 15 mins early and waited for 8am to roll around. About 7:57am we got out and waited by the door. No one was in the Interpath office and no one even showed up until 8:04am! What the heck?! It was 9:07am by the time she finally got into the building, turned on the lights and opened the door for us. I know it may seem like a few minutes to to other people but we have a busy lifestyle for one, and for 2 we should have never had to wait like that since my husband called and told them he was coming first thing in the morning from his fasting. We have lived in the Tri-Cities for over 13 years. Our familiy has used a couple of labs. My daughter has had to visit the lab a lot in the past 4 months. We have had great experiences with Interpath. Little to no wait time, friendly patient and kind service, and very professional but down to earth employees. If fact one of the phlebotomists we delt with at the Richland lab was helpful in assisting us in ways that lead to saving our daughters life. We are forever greatful for her. We have been to the Richland lab on Swift and Stevens and to the Pasco lab on Court. Interpath test costs are a fifth of the cost of the other leading lab in Tri-Cities. We priced the costs on a couple of occations and were amazed at the price difference. Even if you have insurance inflated pricing increases your premiums. Also the wait time at the other leading lab was always 30-60 mins. The only reason I don't give Interpath a 5 star is that often lab results don't make it to our doctors without being requested by the Dr. office last minute. I highly recommend Interpath. read more
