I had a disappointing experience with my Uber order, which was delayed for over an hour. I called the store to inquire about the status and was spoken to rudely by the representative, who then hung up on me. They informed me that they are no longer accepting Uber orders, although they are still listed on the app. I found this experience frustrating. A straightforward explanation would have been acceptable. The representative's behavior was uncalled for. read more

If you like paying for overpriced liquor, this place is for you! I bought a bottle of bourbon there and it literally was more than DOUBLE of other liquor stores in the area. Granted it's extremely hard to find, after I bought it, I spoke to two other liquor store owners in the area and both of them said they should be ashamed of themselves selling you that bourbon at that price! I wanted to try it so I took the plunge and I wish I would have waited now that I bought it. My error. Not only that, most things I see there are WAY overpriced. My husband moved here in October for work. We are staying at an air b and b nearby and I wanted some wine, so I stopped in here. Such nice people! It is a beautiful store with a nice selection of anything you want! I was greeted immediately, and asked by everyone there if I needed help. There are a couple if other liquor stores nearby where the employees were not helpful or friendly, so I walked out. I am glad I stopped in here today! read more

I used to have a love hate relationship with this liquor store but I feel like ever since the recent change in ownership, it has improved tremendously. The selection they have is great, it's clean and the staff that has stuck through have been super friendly. It's super convenient to where I live and I haven't been disappointed leaving there yet. FAKE VAPES. I have bought 2 disposable vapes, at full price (what they would charge if they were real) and have figured out that the vapes are not real. I've looked up how to find discrepancies between real and fake, and these are showing all of the tell tale signs of being fake. Not happy with how this store has been handled since new ownership. Short changed by cashier or store on Sunday, May 2, 2021, at 3:28 PM. I purchased a bottle of Dancing Bull Zinfandel for less than $12, plus a $0.99 shooter of Maker's Mark. I was charged $17.48, plus $1.70 tax totaling $19.18. I informed the cashier the bottle was $11 and some change, and shooter was $0.99, so he was without excuse. I asked for the receipt which only provided subtotal, tax, and total. The lady in front of me spent a long time apparently disputing her bill, so a long line of customers had built up behind me. I also had people waiting for me in the parking lot, so I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I believe I was shortchanged, either by the cashier or the way the cash register was set up. The cashier was well aware of the prices of the two products. Maybe he was caught off guard by a corrupted cash register, and to busy to address the problem. Also, receipts are suppose to itemize. Well my friends, I have a new favorite liquor store. I live near this place and went in today while I was out running errands to spend some Christmas money. Sam at the counter immediately greeted me without seeming pushy, and another worker inside was helpful, friendly and low key as well. They have all my favorite brands and the prices are good. I don't know if Sam is the owner but he definitely takes pride in his shop. They are open early until late and I will definitely go back. read more

Convenient location, decent liquor store. My favorite bourbon (Woodford Reserve Double Oaked) cost $12 more than at home in LA. Also, store has poor selection of cigars and all are over priced. No complimentary matches, but they will sell you a Bic lighter. If all you need is a 32 oz and a pack of smokes, this is your store. read more

I walked in here trying to buy new wines for our game nights. We try everything! Well the store worker I don't know who he was owner or worker, asked me if I needed help I was just browsing. Well when I asked him about a wine he said he doesn't drink cheap shit. I just wanted some advice. No need for his response. I just wanted wines!! Garbage. What kind of liquor store closes at 9pm on a Saturday. Staff is pretty terrible.

I walked into this location tonight and immediately walked out because the cashier was not wearing a mask. To me, that shows that the safety of their customers is not their top priority. I shopped here before the pandemic but now that I know that they don't value their customer's safety enough to take the extremely simple step of having their staff wear masks, I will be taking my business to the other liquor stores in town who obviously care more. After I left here, the next liquor store I went to had their staff wearing masks and I spent $200 there. Interquest Liquor, please rethink this and do better for the safety of your customers. read more
