First off, they were swamped with work the week I called so I had to call back the next week, but they were helpful w making a scheduled drop off time for my car using their preferred towing service. The car took about 3.5 working days to get fixed but it works great now. Price was about what I expected. They even helped me w a second issue without appointment. They have a text service that keeps you up to date. It isn't the best but I've never seen anything like that anywhere else. Really cool. The owner and servicemen were very polite and helpful everytime I called or came by. I would 100% use them again. They even offered to drop or pick me up if needed. I ended up just getting a diagnostic with them and they ended up charging me less then estimated. all the employees talked to was very polite and patient. they sent way too many advertising and surveys to both my phone and email after was done with service with them. even after I left reviews and feedback, they kept sending more, feels like continuous spams
