They properly patched the subfloor, which was probably the pain in the ass part of the whole thing because they had to access it via a muddy crawlspace. The finished results look great. I can't even tell where the hole from the old heat duct was. I don't understand why they (said they) inventory everything and took pictures so it would go back to the same place they got it from, if they aren't going to finish the job and unpack, and verifiy that nothing was damaged. Very very disappointed in my experience with this company. I am currently still unpacking things myself, and I'm an old man, so it takes me a very long time, but I needed my life / basement workbench back.
