Steve, John, and the rest of the team were incredible to work with - from the very first inspection to the final cleanup, their professionalism, communication, and overall quality of work truly stood out. What impressed me most right away was how transparent and customer-focused they are. They took the time to thoroughly assess my roof, explain my options in simple, easy-to-understand terms, and never once made me feel pressured. It genuinely felt like they had my best interests in mind, not just trying to sell a job. That level of care is rare. If you're dealing with insurance, they're especially valuable. They helped guide me through the claims process, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and straightforward. The entire process was seamless. Scheduling was easy, they showed up exactly when promised, and the crew worked efficiently without cutting corners. In fact, they completed my roof faster than expected while still maintaining top-tier craftsmanship. You can tell they take pride in their work and hold themselves to a high standard. Premier Roofing delivers exactly what they promise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled roofing company.

About two months ago, I posted glowing reviews here about Premier Roofing on my village Facebook…read morepage, because that was honestly my experience at the time. I think it's only fair to provide an update now that enough time has passed to see how the company handles issues after the installation. My experience started out very well. Erik was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive during the sales process. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the process, and gave me confidence that if any issues came up, they would be taken care of. Unfortunately, my experience changed after the installation. One issue involved the seam where the flat roof meets my screen door. It was completed in such a way that my screen door would no longer open. Premier Roofing did send someone out to address the problem, but the repair created a new one. There is now a gap that allows bugs and rain to enter whenever the main door is open and the screen door is closed and latched, defeating the purpose of having the screen door in the first place. Another ongoing concern is the roofing tar that remains on the flat roof seams and railing. It has repeatedly transferred onto everything that comes in contact with it, permanently damaging two flags, including a sentimental American flag that has been in my family for decades. I even had the flag evaluated by a professional dry cleaner, but the tar could not be removed. I had initially spoken with the owner of the company who was advised of the situation, but hasn't responded with any solutions. I was also told that the property had been magnetically swept after the roof was completed. However, when my gardener began working in the landscaping, she found a bucket full of roofing debris in the bushes and lawn. She filled approximately a bucket with nails and other roofing materials that should have been removed during cleanup. Thank God, the guy mowing the lawn didn't catch a stray nail. That was certainly not what I expected after being told a magnetic sweep had been completed. The most disappointing part has been the communication. As problems developed, the responsiveness that I experienced at the beginning largely disappeared. It has taken an exceptionally long time to receive meaningful responses, and many of my calls and text messages have gone unanswered. I have repeatedly had to follow up just to find out whether anyone was still working on these issues. I understand that no construction project is perfect. What matters most is how a company responds when problems arise. I expected the same level of customer service after the sale that I received before the contract was signed, and unfortunately that has not been my experience. I believe Erik genuinely intended to provide the level of service he promised. Unfortunately, as these issues developed, communication became increasingly difficult, and I was left without the support I had expected. Whether that reflects an individual issue or a company-wide approach, I can't say. I can only speak to my experience. As of June 30, these issues remain unresolved. I'm sharing this update so my neighbors have the benefit of my complete experience, not just my initial impression.

They agree to fix the issue, and call you back 5 days later informing you that the issue has been fixed and you're good to go. When you arrive at the dealership, however, you notice the driver seat has not been reinstalled back in the vehicle; when you question them about this, they inform you that you only paid them to fix the broken railing system and that removing the seat was part of fixing that issue, however re-installing the car seat is a completely different matter that you would have to pay them to do. They fixed the railing system as promised, and anything above and beyond that would require a whole other work order. Sounds asinine, right? Well that's exactly how this company operates, apparently. I made the mistake of going with them a second time because they fixed a completely different matter back in February through my insurance company. They did a good job, so I figured if I went through them myself to handle another water issue in my basement, they would appreciate a repeat customer. At the end of the job, they simply packed up the equipment and left. When I called Kurt, all I got was him saying that removing the doorframe and the trim in my basement was part of mitigating the water issue, but reinstalling the frame and the trim would require a whole other work order which they would have to make profit from and would have to charge me a lot of money to do. I'm not sure what type of company can morally justify not completing a work task to a commonsense standard, but sure enough they did. And Kurt had the audacity to tell me that in order to make a profit on re-installing the trim an the door frame, he would have to charge me a lot of money. Mind you, this is to re-install framing and trim that they removed. Really wish I could recommend these guys, but in all good consciousness I can't. Heed my warning and take your business elsewhere
