However, right before my inspection I found out these other services could not be provided. My home inspector provided great pictures and a lot of issues were in the report. However, my home inspector missed a lot of big concerns. The electrical was all messed up and needed rewiring (not too expensive to fix but this was a missed fire hazard). The new furnace was installed incorrectly and the furnace venting was too small ($5,000 bill). The electrical outlets weren't even grounded. How does a home inspector missed that?? It literally is just putting in a cheap testing device into the outlets to check them.

My most recent service was on Friday, August 9th, 2024. The new trio arrived at my home at 2pm. At 2:27pm they were outside on my Ring advising me they were finished and I could lock my door When arrived home about 5:39pm I noticed that my home wasn't cleaned. The bathtub wasn't cleaned. The kitchen floor wasn't swept or mopped. The ceiling fans not dusted. Sofa tables not dusted or cleaned. My kitchen counter still had coffee stains from the morning and along with other issues, they left their unused cleaning rags in the chair in my kitchen. I immediately texted Theresa and Molly Maids and listed all of the issues. She called back on Monday never apologizing and saying, well there were three people. When I asked if she thought they cleaned the house in 27 minutes, she replied, well if you are not pleased, you have 24 hours to notify us and we'll come back. Considering they are closed on the weekends, coming back was a moot issue. Theresa said, well you haven't paid for Friday yet so this is a free cleaning. I DO NOT want a free cleaning. I want a clean house and some basic customer service courtesy and resolutions. I will no longer have Molly Maids clean my home. The indifference of leadership was very disappointing. Because of this experience I cannot recommend their services. Find a better company to do business with. A company that cleans and does business with integrity.

Their quote for our house…read morebased on square footage was in the middle of the three quotes I had gotten, but their ratings and reviews pushed me to give them the business. They were hired for all air vents and a dryer cleanout on a 2,000 sq. ft. house, and particularly a bad smell coming in the laundry room. On the day of the cleaning Chris and Lee arrived during the agreed upon time window. I showed Lee around the house to the various vents and asked questions about the places I couldn't fully clear a path to the vent. The house's vents hadn't been cleaned during the time I've owned the place so it needed significant work. The same applied for the dryer. The cleaning took roughly 3 hours. I think they did a good job and made sure to take care of cleaning any messes their work caused. The one exception was the dryer blow-out which was left under the outdoor vent. My single gripe was that the final price ended up $100 over the original quote without discussion. However, it was clear that they had a lot of work to do that couldn't have been known without taking a look at things.

Tuesday's at 11am he was in, at 12:45 he was gone! Two rooms fully done, nice and tucked. Incredible work! Don't go to Home Depot or Carpet Guys, ask this guy first!
