On the day we stopped in, they seemed a bit picked over, but what was there was still great to see. Plant One On Me has some great succulents, air plants and large leafy ferns, with some home pieces mixed in. If you or a loved one is big on plants, they have some funny items that play on this, like T-shirts that says, "If I die water my plants." I also liked how the store uses regular furniture to showcase plants, like a chest of drawers with plants coming out of its drawers. And a fun showstopper: the Plant One On Me selfie wall, with a faux (I think) living wall, neon and a couch. If you are looking for a fun experience while shopping for houseplants, this is definitely the place for you.

It is a little off the beaten track, located near Tony Stewart's elaborate estate west of Columbus. Not too many flowers, but lots of shrubs, bushes, hedges, etc, at reasonable prices. The business is part of a vertically integrated landscaping concern run by an over-educated gentleman named Dean, although the nursery is run by a friendly and knowledgeable manager named Kim. She is a font of ideas and suggestions, and if you bring photos of your garden and house she is more than willing to get you going. This is about as non-corporate as it gets, and the selection is way more diverse than the big box stores. The shrubs are grown and tended with care, and are guaranteed healthy--you can replace anything that doesn't survive. If you want great service with a personal touch, you can't go wrong here.
