Traveling for work and going to a laundromat stinks. I found this place through word of mouth. Take my stuff there and it's usually doen in a few hours. They communicate through text when it's ready. I called before I came to make sure I could do my personal laundry here. I said "can I do my own laundry? Do you have a coin machine". The answer to both questions was yes. The service is amazing at Interstate Laundry. They brought my down comforters back to life. I could not believe the difference. Griffin was polite and friendly as he walked me through the process of rejuvenating my old dingy down comforters. I was blown away when I picked them up. They were blinding white and unbelievably fluffy. I had to take a second look because they actually looked better than when I bought them. Keep up the good job Griffin! I went out of my way to write a raving review of this business. I've been getting my laundry done and using the car wash for several months, as I often travel to Bismarck on business. First of all, The laundry service you can't beat. The customer service is always great! The prices are very reasonable, and they are always very fast, and even faster now that they have upgraded some of the machines. I love the text message I get to know when I can come pick it up! The car wash is amazing. Credit card swipe, so no need to get change and drop quarters all the time. It is always clean, and since there are doors, that open and close, it is especially nice when it is windy and cold outside. I wish they would open another store where I live. If you are in Bismarck in your RV and need laundry service, I would try to go before noon. I parked the RV in the movie theater parking lot next door. Not sure if that was allowed, but since the movies didn't open until noon, no one was in the parking lot. There is no room to park the RV at the laundromat. Laundromat was crowded, however, I managed to get a few machines. When I was there in summer of 2012, it was $1.25 to wash and $1 to dry. read more

Quick service and always great! They always have my laundry done in like 2 hours. I would recommend this place to all!

I drive 45 miles to use them. Most of the time the service is great. A few times I've gone to pick up my clothes and they closed at least 15-20 minutes early. I went there today they said they were too busy to take my clothes to come back tomorrow and drop them off. I didn't want them done today but I dang sure don't want to drive 90 miles round trip to drop them off again tomorrow. How hard is it to take one bag of clothes and set it to the side? This is the only place I've used in town. I'm going to check out the others. They're so busy they don't need my business anyways. read more

Car wash is excellent. Let you dry car inside during the winter months. Towel service is available if you are willing to pay.
