When I first met the fabulously professional and low key Mr Martin, I was a property assistant with a busy neighborhood real estate management company. Once we knew Bill was on the job, we stopped worrying and went on to the next task. He is that reliable and dedicated. Then there was the night I locked my keys in my car. Need I say more? Since that time, I have referred many friends and associates to WJM Lock Services without the slightest hesitation or reservation. Especially good at calming you in a moment of crisis when locked out or you can't get your shop door to close or lock, Bill Martin is like a cloud of comfort that surrounds you with reassurance & competence. The technician used his purported language barrier to deflect questions about the cost of the service before he fixed the lock, but was very clear on the cost when he was done.
