Working with Interstate Roofing was a very frustrating experience, exacerbated by a lack of communication both with me and between Interstate and the crew. I had to be persistent to get many of the issues resolved and ended up reaching out to the corporate office for assistance. Once corporate became involved, they were attentive to the issues and sent another crew to complete repairs on the previous work. If you choose Interstate, stay on top of their work to ensure they follow through with what was agreed upon and reach out to corporate if there are concerns because, in my experience, dealing with the local office was difficult. read more

Well after being in our home for a couple years we just discovered that at least two of the windows interstate roofing installed are not sealed correctly and are leaking. One window has developed mild around it where water is coming in. We have emailed them so let's see how long it takes for them to get back to us. read more

Good after noon Colorado Springs and Denver. I am righting this review in hopes that nobody else gets the dishonest treatment that we did from Interstate Roofing. If I could rate them a zero, I would have. I will spare y'all the details, however my Husband and I have been lied to and received shoddy work from Interstate. If a contractor named Eric Brock comes to your door like he did ours politely decline to avoid 6 months of a nightmare like we had. Also Ron and Monique on the Interstate Management team make false promises too. The time and expense they have caused can not be gotten back. Our home is still not completed. We will be very thankful when we no longer have to deal with their nonsense and can move on. The employees for this company contain no integrity. Sad, but true. I had my roof done with them and I would advise to stay away. My salesperson initially seemed to be good, even though he was new to the company and the roofing business. After I signed the contract, however, things fell off the deep end. - I never received a scheduled date. Only after I complained about never receiving a roofing date 3 months after signing the contract, did they order the materials and complete the roof. - When they did order the materials, they ordered the wrong brand for some items (Almost affected the warranty). - When the roof was done, they scratched up the side of my house down to bare wood and when they literally ripped off my gutters, they ripped off half of my new paint from the eaves. - I had to complain again after they didn't schedule any gutters. They finally installed gutters 3 weeks after my roof was done. - They didn't want to repair my paint until I complained yet another time, this time in person. And they didn't pull the gutters back to repair the paint beneath the gutters where the wood was bare and the paint was ripped off. I fully expect the eaves needing to be replaced in few years when the roof is done again due to the rotted bare wood. - The Company Supervisors truly want to fix things, but bad communication with the Project Managers and horrible schedulers make this a truly bad experience. They get a second star because of the Supervisors' willingness to try and make things right after the fact. All in all, this was literally the worst experience with a contractor I have ever had. I would steer clear of this company until the Project Managers get their act together. read more

Our roof was damaged in a recent hailstorm and Drew Haviland and Interstate Roofing were nothing short of awesome. They handled a lot of the communication with our insurance company, and clearly explained every step as we worked to get our house restored. They communicated regularly and kept us in the loop the entire time. Our roof is now completely restored and I and my wife couldn't be happier. Great experience... good people... very professional. I used interstate roofing in 2016 for a hail storm and I didn't have my project done until 2018. I had my house painted my roof done and my gutters replaced from Denting . They claim that they are a one stop shop but when they came to the house they left stuff all over the place threw stuff all over the place. I had to call them to come out and repaint my house after the first time because there was spots that they missed. And we didn't notice for a while that are gutters where leaking. I would not go with this company ever again. read more

While I certainly hope that our experience with Interstate Roofing is not their typical business practice, we can only speak from personal experience. This being the case we would caution anyone who chooses to do business with them. We originally decided to use Interstate Roofing to handle our hail damage claim because they presented themselves as organized professionals who would handle the process from start to finish including working with the insurance company. Unfortunately, after the initial check for our claim was signed over to them little has gone smoothly in the 7 months since. While there were many factors that may have been beyond their control or simply miscommunicated, their utter lack of communication and constantly changing justifications make it difficult to trust in their integrity as a business. Here are just some of the issues we have experienced with them: - failure to contact us in regards to status of repairs - constant follow up required on customer parts and no returned voicemail or emails - told roofing material was weeks out to come home to all material sitting on our grass that day, contacted our project manager and he had no ideal material was there, had to wait weeks for install - was told on 4 separate occasion windows were ordered and would be installed within the week. It took 5 months and a phone call to the owner before we actually received them. - I was contacted by my insurance on 2 separate occasions stating that Interstate Roofing had told them the work was completed, including supplements, and that Interstate was requesting payment directly... the work has still not been completed and we have received no communication from Interstate in a month despite our attempts. - after the roof work was complete they had to tear up the inside of our walls in the bathroom to pry the skylight off. Again, I understand this may have been unavoidable but a courtesy call informing us that nails and plaster would be inside our house and discussing how to get that repaired would have been wonderful. There have been many more miscommunications that have lead to a very stressful experience working with Interstate Roofing. I can appreciate that due to the enormity of work they have because of this hail storm they can't control every detail of a job, but despite all the flaws the ONLY thing it would have taken to uphold a good business practice would be honesty and a basic level of communication to establish trust. read more

Jason Beasley and Interstate Roofing were incredible to work with. Each step of the way, Jason was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. I am new to the process of filing a claim with insurance and became a home owner in March. Jason took care of most of the work with the insurance company, made sure both parties were happy with the outcome, and was just a cool guy to work with. Highly recommended without reservation. I spent hours looking up roofing companies and finally came across Interstate Roofing. They took care of the paint, roof, windows, and even helped me with understanding how to take care of the personal property components of the claim. Very trustworthy and helpful. I want to thank Interstate Roofing for the amazing service, care & concern they have provided to my dad and I during the process of having his roof inxpected, after all of the hail storms in Colorado Springs this year. Not only were they helpful and friendly during the inspection process, but they also assisted in filing a claim with the homeowners insurance company, once the hail damage was verified. Drew was the representative that came out to visit with my father and he was extremely professional & patient in walking him through the process. My dad is disabled and does not always understand things easily, or the first time through, but Drew never got impatient or upset about taking things slow or explaining things more than once. Once the claim was approved (Drew helped my dad with that too!) Drew explained all of the options my dad had too choose from. Throughout the entire process, Drew has kept me informed, as I live out of state, and we do not have any other family members in the Colorado Springs area to assist. I've never had such an amazlying positive experience with a contractor, for any service before - like on a hot water heater or an air conditioner repair. I truly believed the genuine care that Drew showed for my dad was a thing of the past, but I can say the spirit of doing the right thing for customers is alive and well with Interstate Roofing. Being a female it makes it hard to know who you can trust. When it comes to my house, I'm, very particular about who I will use as a contractor. I needed a new roof after all the hail storms we had in 2015, so I did my research and found Interstate. They have lived up to their reputataion. I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, and Mike was always so professional.He explained the process to me, and it was quite a breese. Interstate Roofing answered the call after a 2018 hail storm. At a time when so many roofing companies were praying on customers and the average homeowner was left confused and overwhelmed by the sheer number of competitors on the market, Interstate Roofing stepped in and made us feel comfortable with their business from the beginning. Our Project Manager, Aaron Stevenson, informed us of all the options from the beginning, kept us informed throughout the process, handled correspondence with our insurance company (which wasn't always easy), understood our needs and was an advocate for us, and overall made the process as pleasant as it could be. If there was something we weren't satisfied with, Aaron made sure to make it right. Overall, he treated us with kindness and respect. Our resulting new roof and gutters are awesome thanks to Interstate Roofing. I would use them again, and request Aaron to be the PM. read more

This company was not the least expensive, but they were able to get the roof replaced with absolutely no problems. The garden was protected and I didn't find any left over nails or trash when they were done. I recommend Interstate Roofing to anyone needing work done right the first time. read more

this company came to my door after the first big hail storm in june....erick brock told me they would handle the entire job...roof, siding painting ,windows,fences,ac unite , ALL exterior damage.......i hired them because they said the would do the entire job....i was told we should be done in september.....they put a huge house size trash container in front of my house about a month and never used it...as time went on it filled up with everyone elses trash and my house had no work even started yet....they get the roof done leaving nails everywhere....i had to go to the tire shop 3 times....they hired a man and his son to put up the siding over entire house.....it was so bad that it wad falling off less than 2 weeks later.....they hung my house numbers up like a 4 year old...eventually they start hounding me for money....but the never get the proper paper work in with my mortgage company....we have a meeting with 2 new bosses sept 25th named monique and ron phillips....they tell me i need to tell erick he is not on the job anymoreand they were taking over.....im like you all work for interstate why do i need to do your job...very unprofessional....so they tell me and my wife that they dont actually do all the work he promised but they would do the entire job because he lied to us.....im thinking ok sounds fare.....they come to my house november 7th wanting me to sign another contract and telling me good news we will cut you a check for what we wont do...im like thats not what we talked about they both agreed they were wrong and said again they would make it right.....november 26th i call monique asking why i still have broken windows its winter time....she says she will call me back in 20 min......never did..i call her 3 hours later and she then with ron tell me there company will not do what they said they would...then tell my wife any talks from here on is to be with there lawer...meanwhile they still have not finished siding or even proper paper work with mortgage company...its november 28th this company......has lied over and over again.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS den of thieves....there is much more to tell. read more
