When I tried to start my car up after the trains, it wouldn't start so there I was by myself trying to push my car to turn it around so I can get it facing the other way in order to roll it downhill and pop start it. And all these cars just kept coming and driving around me where I was trying to push my car that direction making me stop every time so I couldn't get any momentum. But you think they stopped to help hell no. So I was there 30 minutes, trying to get my card by myself. They also do something that I haven't seen or heard of happening in a long time, they contact the customer and give updates at least once or twice a week.
