I was considering buying a Tundra I really liked from a local dealer, took it to Roy first to rule out issues. He found several issues that would cost me$1500-$3k to repair. The dealership manager was livid, declared the truck was in excellent condition as advertised and tried to say Roy was a bad mechanic....and then immediately dropped the truck price by 3k , and rudely badgered to get me to buy it. ?? So in spite of trash taking the inspection results, he knew they were correct. Tried to pull a fast one and Roy caught it. Truck was close to worth the money after the MAJOR price drop but after the temper tantrums and insults from the dealership manager I wasn't spending a penny there. Date: 7/15/2026…read more Repair Performed Front Strut Replacement 2-Wheel Alignment Vehicle 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe Issues After Service Sway bar link was not properly secured Steering wheel was off-center Vehicle was pulling to the right I followed up with the shop several days after the repair because the vehicle was still pulling to the right and the steering wheel was off-center. The mechanic confirmed both issues. I was told that the front tires were causing the problem and that the tires were flipped. After this was done, I was told the vehicle was now pulling to the left. I then took the vehicle to Sam's Club to have the tires balanced and rotated and to verify that there was not an issue with the tires. I was reassured that the tires were in good condition and properly balanced. Despite this, the vehicle continued to pull to the right. We were leaving for a trip to Florida in two days, so I took the vehicle to CheckNash to have the alignment and suspension checked before making the 12-hour drive. According to the alignment report from CheckNash, the front toe was significantly out of specification. The amount of misalignment was severe enough that it could have caused premature and uneven wear to the front tires, in addition to making for an unsafe and extremely uncomfortable 12-hour drive with the vehicle constantly pulling to one side. I followed up with QuickAlign regarding the issue. Unfortunately, I was only offered an apology and was not offered a refund or any compensation for the time spent returning to the shop, having the issue rechecked, and ultimately having to pay another shop to properly diagnose and correct the problem. I have used this shop in the past for work that I am unable to complete myself. However, after this experience, I will be looking for a new repair and maintenance shop. I expect repairs to be completed correctly the first time, especially when it involves steering, suspension, and wheel alignment.

The "More" is the BEST part. I went to multiple tire stores around town, and one actually tried hard to sell me tires that were the wrong size, and didn't offer to put them on. None of the others offered any service other than tires, and didn't have them in stock, or offer to find them. I called Jesse on their day off, and he gave me information on when they're open, even quoted a price. I came in when they were open and dealt with Edward, and he made me feel like a friend right off the bat. They didn't have my tires in inventory, and within minutes he ordered some online. He didn't charge for that service. The tires will be in tomorrow morning. Alignment prices are good, and he was very knowledgable about Toyotas. He said come in tomorrow morning, and the entire job will be done in an hour or less. When I got there, he was working on a Mercedes, and that customer also says he loves the service at this location. It doesn't matter to me really, but the 2 men I talked to did speak excellent English, if that matters to some people. The location is excellent, right off 35, around restaurants and gas stations, on your way to Walmart. Very easy to find. Also the building is professional, and comfortable with chairs and AC. Truly a great find, with amazing customer service, good prices, and knowledgable people **HERE IS THE KICKER** My 2017 Corolla, I had never used the spare. It had a hole in it, and was unusable.
