Finally speak to the person on the "emergency" line, go through all this trouble to verify my account (my roommates account) only for him to tell me, "Okay yeah, you can go into your portal to find out what kind of poison your dog just ate." I said, "You can't access the information to tell us what kind of poison was used?" I'm sorry, what is the point of the emergency line?! My roommate never logged into the portal so is unsure if she is going to be able to find out, but is trying. It is very important to know this information in this situation to know how to treat the animal.
