The Absolute Worst Moving Experience--Avoid Premier Coordinators and Golden at All Costs…read more I have moved approximately 10 times in my life, and I can confidently say that this was the worst experience I have ever had--which should say a lot. If you're considering Premier Coordinators, let me save you the trouble: DO NOT HIRE THEM. Golden, the so-called owner, and his team turned my move into an expensive, exhausting, and disorganized disaster. This was a move from Southern California to Northern California--a six-hour drive. And yet, thanks to the incompetence of Premier Coordinators, it took FOUR DAYS. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of failure. Golden was supposed to be there for the move himself, but at the last minute, he flaked. Instead of showing up as promised, he left us with only two movers--a single guy and an older woman--who were clearly incapable of handling the job. Because of this, we ended up doing majority of the move ourselves. Let that sink in: we hired a moving company and still had to do the majority of the work. To make matters worse, the movers showed up late every single day. Not once, not twice, but every single day. No urgency, no professionalism, just wasted hours and frustration. And what were their excuses? * "We got a flat tire." Yet, no proof was ever provided. * "We don't have money for gas." Why is a professional moving company not prepared to cover fuel costs? * Mysterious, unexplained delays that had nothing to do with the move itself. We firmly believe they stopped in both San Francisco and Los Angeles to party instead of actually getting our belongings to the destination on time. There is simply no other explanation for why a six-hour drive took FOUR DAYS. Before the move, we even FaceTimed Golden to show him all of our belongings so that he could properly assess what was required. Despite this, he still completely mismanaged the logistics. We ended up needing three trucks total, something that should have been planned from the beginning. Instead, we were left scrambling to rent extra trucks and make last-minute arrangements on our own dime. Despite paying in full for this service, we had to rent additional trucks, cover fuel costs, and even pay the movers directly because Premier Coordinators failed to provide the necessary resources. This was beyond unacceptable--we hired professionals, and yet we had to take over the job ourselves. The lack of organization and professionalism was staggering. At one point, Golden even asked me if I thought his own employees were on drugs. If the owner of the company doesn't trust his own team, how is anyone else supposed to? The lack of oversight and accountability was appalling. After acknowledging how badly his company failed, Golden promised us a partial refund of $2,500. Yet, just like everything else with this company, that promise has not been kept. We are still waiting for our money, and unsurprisingly, Golden has gone completely silent. After the move, I tried to resolve things amicably. Golden told me he would "make it right"--but unsurprisingly, he has been completely unresponsive ever since. No returned calls, no follow-ups--just silence. At this point, I've had no choice but to contact a lawyer because it's clear that Golden and Premier Coordinators have no intention of owning up to their failures. We refuse to let this go unnoticed. We will be posting this review everywhere possible to warn others about this scam of a company. In addition, we are reporting Premier Coordinators and Golden to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to ensure they are held accountable for their disgraceful business practices. Final Warning: DO NOT HIRE PREMIER COORDINATORS If you value your time, money, and sanity, run in the opposite direction. Golden and his team are unreliable, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. This was, without a doubt, the worst moving experience imaginable, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Do yourself a favor and hire a company that actually respects its customers and knows how to do the job right--because Premier Coordinators is a complete joke.

Instead of a full crew, Golden sent two people -- one man and one older woman -- clearly unprepared for the size and scope of the move. The woman was not even his own employee! But a friend of his employee! We ended up doing most of the move ourselves, despite having paid in full for professional help. The movers were late every single day, gave inconsistent excuses (like not having money for gas or dealing with a flat tire -- with no proof), and showed zero urgency. We believe they made unnecessary detours, because there is no logical explanation for why this move took four days. Even after FaceTiming Golden to show him all our belongings in advance, the planning was a disaster. We had to scramble to rent additional trucks at our own expense just to complete the move. We even had to pay the movers directly. Golden acknowledged the failure and promised to refund us $2,500. While he has sent a small portion of that, the vast majority remains unpaid -- and communication has mostly stopped. In his public response, he claims he's slowly sending money and accuses us of "extortion" for writing honest reviews. That's not just dishonest -- it's offensive. Sharing our experience isn't blackmail -- it's warning others. To be clear: Golden promised a service, failed to deliver, admitted fault, offered partial compensation, and still hasn't made good on it. Meanwhile, we were left physically exhausted, financially burdened, and emotionally drained from a move we had to finish ourselves. He even asked us mid-move if we thought his own employees were on drugs -- which says everything you need to know about how little control he has over his team. If even the owner doesn't trust his team, how can any customer? We've reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and are pursuing further action. Premier Coordinators is not just unprofessional -- they're untrustworthy. If you value your time, money, and sanity, hire literally anyone else. Final verdict: AVOID PREMIER COORDINATORS. I reported the damage to College Movers the same day and sent them pictures of the damage. I had to pay my painter $160 for labor and materials for the repairs that required three trips to my home to have the dings repaired. Then I received a note from college movers that HOUSEHOLD PROPERTIES SUCH AS WOOD FLOORS, CARPET, WALLS, DOORS, AND SIMILAR are not covered by their insurance. Thus, you are using them at your risk! I will not recommend them to anyone, and would not even give them one star, if possible!

I informed them I wanted a refund. I was then informed that I would have to pay a $140.00 rerouting fee. Are you kidding me? A rerouting fee for a sleeper sofa that I never received but is in Nicholas Moving's warehouse.!!!! How does this make sense?? No more buying from Wayfair. They are punishing the consumer.

The packers took two days to box everything and judging by the lack of damage we've seen unboxing, it was time well spent. The packers were curtious, polite and very focused. During the load and unload phase, padding was installed on all of the banisters, etc. and they moved everything carefully and safely (no damage to either house). They checked with us regularly as some items were moved and others not. And, there was no grumbling on unload when I had them move one couch twice between floors. They charged us almost as much for driving to and from Pocatello to Lava Hot Springs as the charges for loading the truck, however. During the second move, the movers dropped a teak cabinet and deeply scratched the wood floor before they even got out of the bedroom; they reported the scratched floor to us but said nothing about damage to the teak cabinet they had wrapped up for shipment... nor did they mention that there was a 14 day limit to file a claim for any damages. They did not report the damage to either the floor or the teak furniture cabinet to their supervisor. When I called to find out about filing a claim on the insurance they told me was provided for the loading, I was told there is a 14 day limit for filing claims as per their policy (which was in the fine print of some part of the contract.) As I was calling on day 18, there was "nothing they could do..." The crew also charged us full hourly moving rate for the 35 minute drive between Lava Hot Springs and Pocatello, resulting in an additional 3 hours of travel time for the two moves, nearly $500 additional costs. They used my furniture dollys to move 2 large buffets, then charged me extra for overweight objects, and spent nearly 8 hours moving 1 bedroom's and 1 living room's furniture and prepacked boxes by breaking down every piece of furniture into component parts and wrapping each piece with furniture pads and plastic wrap individually. The first 26' truck took 3 hours to load...the second, nearly 8 hours. You can expect a tightly packed truck, a little inappropriate packing, very pleasant workers, some wasted time, and a pretty expensive move with this company...and make sure you read the fine print on the contract.

Our relationship with Interwest began in August 2015. Bonnie Keim came to our house in Idaho to give us an estimate to pack up over 11,600 lbs of "stuff" to move into storage. Interwest is the only company in Idaho Falls that also has a climate controlled storage facility, which we toured ahead of time to ascertain that our belongings would be stored like the company claimed they would. Based on what we saw, and Bonnie's estimate, we decided to entrust our stuff to Interwest, who in September 2015, packed up our stuff and moved it into their storage warehouse, where it remained until the 6th of January 2019. On the 8th of January 2019, Interwest delivered our stuff to our new home in South Dakota, with only minor damage to some plastic bins. Before then, we had to delay delivery of our belongings several times, and Bonnie and Jennifer worked with us to change the dates, following up each time to make sure everything was in order. We were really concerned about the delivery, because it had snowed and there was no way a semi truck would be able to get up our road, but Interwest made sure all 11,600 lbs were loaded into a shuttle and ultimately, the delivery went off without a hitch. While we haven't unpacked any of the boxes as yet, they look like they did before they went into storage, and our guess is that the contents are unharmed. Due to the professionalism of everyone involved in our two moves and storage of our stuff, our experience with Interwest has been very positive. read more

We are moving internationally and InterWest was assigned to pack our belongings and prepare them for shipment. The team leader was Bryce and he was extremely knowledgeable about the entire packing/shipping process as well as what to expect when we receive the shipment in Ireland. He was kind and patient, and thoroughly answered all our questions. Bryce went over the shipping manifest in great detail and explained how the goods are tracked throughout the shipping process. Joel and Saul rounded out the packing team. Both were friendly and efficient and joined us in a few laughs. They laid down mats to keep the tile and carpet clean during their packing and moving. They were very respectful of our belongings and the house and they cleaned up after themselves. We won't receive our goods for a couple months but after watching how they were packed, I feel they will be in good condition when they arrive. InterWest handled the storage and delivery of our household goods as part of a corporate relocation package from my new job. Despite it being a miserably hot July day, Noel, Kelton, David, and Rhett each demonstrated incredible professionalism, hard work, and a great sense of humor. These guys made the stressful and exhausting process of moving into a new place easy and even fun. They were very careful with our stuff and eager to make sure everything ended up where we wanted it to. From the time we were contacted by Bonnie for an estimate to the last piece of furniture put in the house we felt in good hands. Josie and Tabatha were awesome when we had to change or moved date. Also what was unique, they called during the move checking to see if everything is going well and if we had any issues. That to me is an extra level of customer service you don't see too often !! The Absolute Worst Moving Experience--Avoid Premier Coordinators and Golden at All Costs…read more I have moved approximately 10 times in my life, and I can confidently say that this was the worst experience I have ever had--which should say a lot. If you're considering Premier Coordinators, let me save you the trouble: DO NOT HIRE THEM. Golden, the so-called owner, and his team turned my move into an expensive, exhausting, and disorganized disaster. This was a move from Southern California to Northern California--a six-hour drive. And yet, thanks to the incompetence of Premier Coordinators, it took FOUR DAYS. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of failure. Golden was supposed to be there for the move himself, but at the last minute, he flaked. Instead of showing up as promised, he left us with only two movers--a single guy and an older woman--who were clearly incapable of handling the job. Because of this, we ended up doing majority of the move ourselves. Let that sink in: we hired a moving company and still had to do the majority of the work. To make matters worse, the movers showed up late every single day. Not once, not twice, but every single day. No urgency, no professionalism, just wasted hours and frustration. And what were their excuses? * "We got a flat tire." Yet, no proof was ever provided. * "We don't have money for gas." Why is a professional moving company not prepared to cover fuel costs? * Mysterious, unexplained delays that had nothing to do with the move itself. We firmly believe they stopped in both San Francisco and Los Angeles to party instead of actually getting our belongings to the destination on time. There is simply no other explanation for why a six-hour drive took FOUR DAYS. Before the move, we even FaceTimed Golden to show him all of our belongings so that he could properly assess what was required. Despite this, he still completely mismanaged the logistics. We ended up needing three trucks total, something that should have been planned from the beginning. Instead, we were left scrambling to rent extra trucks and make last-minute arrangements on our own dime. Despite paying in full for this service, we had to rent additional trucks, cover fuel costs, and even pay the movers directly because Premier Coordinators failed to provide the necessary resources. This was beyond unacceptable--we hired professionals, and yet we had to take over the job ourselves. The lack of organization and professionalism was staggering. At one point, Golden even asked me if I thought his own employees were on drugs. If the owner of the company doesn't trust his own team, how is anyone else supposed to? The lack of oversight and accountability was appalling. After acknowledging how badly his company failed, Golden promised us a partial refund of $2,500. Yet, just like everything else with this company, that promise has not been kept. We are still waiting for our money, and unsurprisingly, Golden has gone completely silent. After the move, I tried to resolve things amicably. Golden told me he would "make it right"--but unsurprisingly, he has been completely unresponsive ever since. No returned calls, no follow-ups--just silence. At this point, I've had no choice but to contact a lawyer because it's clear that Golden and Premier Coordinators have no intention of owning up to their failures. We refuse to let this go unnoticed. We will be posting this review everywhere possible to warn others about this scam of a company. In addition, we are reporting Premier Coordinators and Golden to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to ensure they are held accountable for their disgraceful business practices. Final Warning: DO NOT HIRE PREMIER COORDINATORS If you value your time, money, and sanity, run in the opposite direction. Golden and his team are unreliable, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. This was, without a doubt, the worst moving experience imaginable, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. While he has sent a small portion of that, the vast majority remains unpaid -- and communication has mostly stopped. In his public response, he claims he's slowly sending money and accuses us of "extortion" for writing honest reviews. That's not just dishonest -- it's offensive. Sharing our experience isn't blackmail -- it's warning others. To be clear: Golden promised a service, failed to deliver, admitted fault, offered partial compensation, and still hasn't made good on it. Meanwhile, we were left physically exhausted, financially burdened, and emotionally drained from a move we had to finish ourselves. He even asked us mid-move if we thought his own employees were on drugs -- which says everything you need to know about how little control he has over his team. If even the owner doesn't trust his team, how can any customer? We've reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and are pursuing further action. Premier Coordinators is not just unprofessional -- they're untrustworthy. If you value your time, money, and sanity, hire literally anyone else. Final verdict: AVOID PREMIER COORDINATORS. On the odd chance they aren't able to, they will text or call you right back. Curtis is the gentleman that we worked with. He is professional, fair and very helpful. We have worked with other companies in the past who we couldn't get to pick up the dumpster and tried to charge for all the extra days. Dump It, Inc. never does that. They will pick up and dump promptly and gives such great customer! We will definitely use them again! If you need dumpster services, you need to use Dump It, Inc. in Idaho Falls.

Tobin stated that it would be around 900 dollars. Which seemed reasonable because we handled most of the hard items. The following week, the dollar amount was paid in full, and the fans were removed. My father then received a phone call stating that what was just part of the amount. They wanted $2200.00 more! They stated they have two separate departments. One that tears down and one that puts it back together. This is not agreed upon verbally. Then claiming there are two separate departments when this was NOT communicated upon arrival at the house. Their invoicing practice is fraudulent and dishonest. I will NEVER use them again for any business. I recommend ANYONE ELSE in Idaho Falls. Don't bother having the owner respond to this review. Update: Tobin's owner visited homeowner and reduced the bill.

My hands came away looking clean, though closer inspection reviewed a very tiny, almost invisible residue in the cracks of my hands. I asked them to give it a second cleaning and the fellow obliged.
