While it is a Buddhist meditation…read morecenter,(so you are kindly asked to leave footwear on shelves upon entering,as should be expected) all faiths & philosophies are welcome because many of the learning experiences they offer rarely if ever mention the Buddha, or Dharma, they just effectively employ the principles of the teachings/lessons and most of all meditation techniques that people of any "faith" or lack there of could be helped by. It is mostly presented by a monk or nun sometimes it is just a wonderful teacher. Very Western friendly. They also sell fantastic books, mandala and other incredible items at a fair price. There are sweet and thoughtful details that make it feel cozy, unique and memorable. Class was intelligently sequenced with just the right pace and challenge with modifications offered for total beginners. It was the perfect start for our morning! It's definitely a place we'll go back to next time we're in town again. Vero Beach is very lucky to have a studio and wellness center like this that offers a good variety of mindful practices aside from yoga.
