By this point we wanted nothing to do with this place. I returned to get a refund which the owner dismissively agreed to and I walked out without an apology. Here we are almost 6 weeks after our wedding and my bride has worn a ring for 4 days and 3 hours... not to mention all of our wedding photos now have this terrible ring in it. We are truly upset with this business and the owner and can not stress enough how poor our experience was with them.

I was in the jewelry business for many years and know the pricing. My example is simple, when I asked about a price for a rhodium job. The original price was $65.00 from the manager.Then I was told it would be $90.00. When I received a call the job was finished and went to pick it up, it was $95.00. Harry told me 2 days before that it would be $60 something because I was a regular customer. When I questioned it and told them about what Harry said, I find out that was only if I spent over $700.00 on my next repair. They will never see me again. I will save all my jewelry work for when I go back home to Pennsylvania! My recommendation to all who moved to this area, is shop around and get the price in writing!
