The place was filthy, the upstairs bathroom shower head is broke, the upstairs bath drain doesn't work, refrigerator needs replaced and many other issues. Needs some major updates! We tried to get Crowley to fix the issues and instead the guy replaced the downstairs shower head and told me to get lost when I stopped in and mentioned that he was not even in the right bathroom. Called the realtor and nothing was done about it. Do yourself a favor and stick with Jack Lingo. Crowley does cares more about the owners than your happiness.

They are quick to let me know if the renter has a complaint that we can fix, and, when needed, suggest reputable and reliable service people, which is an advantage of realtors who have been in the area for a long time. As a result we have many happy repeat customers. This year they did an excellent job with the trials of COVID. They conferred with us and we either refunded customers who couldn't make it (for valid reasons) or offered them spots for next year if our guests were willing. I enjoy just sitting and talking with them when they have a moment. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think they need to spend more time on social media and do more outreach and online interaction. Our 'compound' is fully booked, so I wasn't affected by that this year, but nowadays that is all very important--I know I use reviews substantially in just about any purchase I make, for instance. Over a period of several years, we made at least 3 trips to The Peninsula, which was a strong contender for our final home. Even though we weren't close to being ready to buy, Sandi spent a lot of time with us, showing us numerous houses and condos. When we were back in WA she responded to our numerous questions quickly and comprehensively. She was never pushy, but always informative. Although we ultimately bought in FL because the location was a better fit for us, we really appreciated all the work Sandi did for us in helping us come to our decision. I have debated writing this review for quite some time. I realized I was doing others a disservice…read moreif they waste their money like I did. Since that time, I have had the opportunity to hire a more stable, professional photographer for the same type of setting and that is why I realized this needed to be done. While the photographer seemed to be enthusiastic about my family, I soon realized that the person behind the camera does not listen, take direction, or even try to understand what my family needed or wanted. She showed up with someone else and they both took pictures, but it was clear that her attention was not on our family. When we finally had access to our photos, they were so much worse than I expected. Not only did it take twice the amount of time to see them but there was no touch up and it showed that she was not paying attention. She was not responsive to emails or phone calls when I had questions about what we asked for vs what we saw. What we got was someone who has a hobby. What we paid for was a professional. I have found at least a dozen other photographers with comparable prices who did a far better job. My advice: don't waste your money. This woman is out to make a buck on a hobby without the experience of a professional.
