My only Con is I feel they are understaffed, when my mom press the call button Aides were slow to come. but overall my mom was comfortable, she was always washed and clean. Covid came along and four months…read morelater we got call saying she could be released ..Had to wait outside for couple hours then they pushed her out. She was covered with feces in hair nails skin,stank so bad I didn't want to put in my car..I asked b to see person in charge they said someone had changed her recently ,I pointed out the conditions .I then took pictures of her hair nails clothes and the fact she could not sit at all she was contracted from laying flat so long .Drove her to rex where i was told she was missing 8 vitamins in her bloodwork she was malnourished only 8o lbs and wouldnt live 24 hrs....she never had covid she was there for rehab...cutts family
