I came in frustrated and exhausted (straight off a midnight shift), explaining that my recently installed Rockford Fosgate amp had completely failed after riding in a rainstorm--despite the system and bike being fully marine-grade. The Soundwaves team didn't hesitate. They had me pull in, listened to the whole situation, and got to work--no attitude, no "inspection fees," no nonsense. What they found was unacceptable: * The amp was missing a protective plate cover that clearly had never been installed (based on rusted screw holes). * Bare wires were exposed and tucked behind the amp. * The previous installer cut corners--and Soundwaves cleaned it up, on the spot, because that's just how they operate. They even explained everything in detail and gave me documentation to take back to the original installer (who still found a way to be unhelpful, shocker). Bottom line: Soundwaves turned a frustrating situation into a relief. They treated me like a person, not a problem. They were honest, skilled, and most of all--professional. If you're looking for audio experts who actually care about quality and customer experience, skip the chain stores and go straight to Soundwaves. DAVID came over to explain to me why the lock was jammed he gave me some options to fix it. The prices were reasonable, so I went ahead and had David fix the lock on my steel door. This company transports race cars that can be say temperamental. I had my appointment set. 3 hours before pick I'm told I'm being bumped for race cars. After complaining and also being on a time frame. They sent a driver to retrieve my car. Car started loaded. Off it went. Driver calls me the follow day, car won't start. Not sure of issue. But assured they move car in and out of trailer for other cars to be loaded. According to driver he had another driver help. Next day car is to be delivered but driver has no help to unload car and will just gave to leave on street in front of house with a garage. Or I needed to call a tow service to extract car from carrier. Mind you I paid up front $1200. For a reputable company to transport my baby. Are you kidding? You don't have a contingency plan for a car start issue??? Are you kidding me? These guys are "Professionals"?!? We had to somehow find a tow truck company who would help.
