Since my husband and I live in units that don't actually have an office, our packages get left out on the floor. It's been so great to find a local business center that provides post office boxes. What I love about this address specifically, is that you'll notice many businesses don't actually ship to addresses that SAY PO box, but with this address it won't. It'll moreso look like a UNIT #. Their staff is always kind, I get email notifications or texts when a package comes in, and they make it really easy to deliver packages. Parking can be tough in that area so be sure to pick up packages if you can on the weekdays or early on the weekends. read more

The stress of shipping through USPS is gone now that I do ALL my shipping and receiving through IBC, even though it's an extra 10-15 min drive for me. Greg is always helpful and friendly. I'm not a fan. Trying to get packages out quickly is like being a married bachelor. There's nothing quick about any of the employees here. I'm also a bit confused as to the need to use measuring tape on every package I send out. If I have 4 boxes that are 12 x 15, they will take the tape out for all 4 boxes. I'd say it's obviously that they're all the same size. Additionally, the pricing is at a convenience premium, which I get for shipping but for supplies it's insane what they charge. The prices at Intown Business Center incentivize customers to buy supplies at big box stores. For folks who never ship stuff, this place is great b/c this might seem like par for the course, but I send hundreds of packages a year and I dread having to resort to Intown Business Center. UPS stores and post offices are faster per transaction, and they cost a lot less. And...there's not attitude fromm the owners at those places. Also, learn what can and can't be shipped certain ways by the USPS. I'm consistently told, "you can't ship this package that way." (The staff is consistently wrong about this). I should not have to inform you of the postage rules. That's your job and it's your business proposition. read more

These guy are super nice and reasonably priced. I went in to ship 2 items (not even boxed up). They found the right boxes for me, found the cheapest ground rates (via USPS it turns out), and didn't charge me for their boxing them up -- just for the shipping and the boxes (which were a $1 or 2). I also saw them give a free $4 stamp to another woman, because she'd had a hard time with sending a large envelope that kept getting returned to her. Review Pete is a life saver!! I cannot recommend the Intown Business Center highly enough. My wife and I made a cross country move and we had to ship several large items for my infant daughter via next day fedex so that we would not be without her bassinet and other essentials for more than a day. Despite the fact that Fedex does not routinely pick up large items for overnight service from Intown Business Center, Pete called and made a special arrangement for us. Additionally, because we wanted to have our daughter sleep in her bassinet the night before our flight, we were not able to ship the bassinet until the morning of our travel. Pete happily agreed to open his shop an hour early for us so that we could drop off the package in time to make our flight. Finally, as I was packing the bassinet to ship at the last minute, I realized the box I had was a few inches too short. I took what I had to Intown Business Center, and on top of coming in early, and making a special pickup arrangement, Pete agreed to make an extension for my box and wrap it up so that we could leave for the airport without delay. He charged me a remarkably small fee to do this huge favor. We arrived back home and our packages arrived just in time, all in great shape. Pete is one of those guys that is unflappable and really focused on great customer service. The consideration and professionalism we were shown is rare these days and for this reason I recommend Intown Business Center to anyone; this business is an excellent resource for the neighborhood. Oh and did I mention that all this was done wearing face masks and surgical gloves in the midst of a pandemic? Bravo, Pete, I only wish I could give you 6 stars. read more

This place is like a home office away from home for me. I love the owners- they are the friendliest, most accomodating people. I love seeing the friendly faces whenever I go in. They have recently hired an employee and he is outstanding, too. This morning, he had to go back and forth from register to register and was so apologetic even though it was no big deal and he was working as quickly as possible to get me out the door. I have been coming here since they opened, and from scanning and emailing things to me, to Fedex, mail, and complicated packing they have handled it all seamlessly. Even when its busy, they do things quickly and efficiently and always with a smile. I'm not sure what I would do without this place- I go to FedEx Kinkos and its just the most impersonal and non-customer focused service. I come here, and it feels like coming to a trusted local business. As an independent consultant, I rely on services like these to be great, and I wouldn't rely on anyone else. Before my review, I first wanted to counter the reviewer that claimed that notary service is no longer available: They have 3 licensed notaries on the premises, as I use this service daily without having ever had a problem. Please remove that review as the information is not correct. I've been using Intown Business center for over a year on a routine basis, and they are by far the best independent shipping center in Metro Atlanta. Truly the best business service that I have and I sincerely mean that. As a small business owner that travels in and out of town (over 75% of time) this is the only service that I never have to worry about. Do you need personal or business letters received, forwarded, signed for? Intown makes sure int is taken care of and further will promptly send you an email or a phone call to let you know whats up. I spend SOOOOOO much money on payroll, insurances, travel costs, taxes, administration and legal. But this is the service that I never have mixed emotions about paying for. This review is for their mailbox rental service. Recently, new ownership took over and predictably, the first thing he did was raise the prices even though prices were already much higher than their competitors. Of course, the price hike was blamed on the rising costs of running a business. We know this is a lie b/c the old owners were able to stay in business with lower prices for years. The new owner is also not friendly - I dread seeing him at the counter. I don't like the way they leave customers' packages unsecured in the lobby - where's the theft liability? Parking is also a nightmare - you have to come at odd hours to get a spot. read more

These guys are great!! I have been using them for 3.5 years for our business address, and a new owner, Pete, took over the operation a little more than a year ago. Pete went to great lengths to provide a seamless transition for the customer base, and did a great job. They have consistently great service despite the ownership change, and their staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They take very good care of our "stuff," and they are ALWAYS willing to help with special requests. I lost my mother right before my wedding last year. Overwhelmed with everything I simply dumped a giant stack of pictures in their lap, and the creative team created a beautiful tribute for me in just a day or two so I would have it for my reception. Went to the post office on Highland in the middle afternoon for some simple package mailing and found the post office closed during lunch hours. I found that odd that they would close for a couple of hours during the day. So I went to my neighborhood business center and their pricing is very comparable to the post office. It was fast, simple and much more convenient than going to the post office. read more

Have generally had good experiences here, but went to send a FedEx internationally and was barked at like an employee who had failed a test. Owner/manager was too busy doing another job to be helpful and instead expressed frustration because I didn't know how to fill out the proper customs forms. I went here to ship a book using Media Mail and they added a surcharge that increased the postage rate by more than 50%. There is no sign that advises you that prices are different from a regular post office and yet they are described as such on Yelp. I think they should be coming forward and clearly disclose any upcharge they are applying. On top of that, I did not get the tracking numbers that are printed on the receipt you get at a regular post office. If you are looking to ship via USPS, I suggest you go to a real post office. read more

I went back to Intown Business Center to mail a package a while ago and thought I should update my review. The staff I dealt with was very professional as well as kind and thoughtful. I am giving three stars because they ended up mailing my package back to me. (I received the package that I had just sent in the afternoon mail.) Apparently, they forgot to peel a label off or something. HOWEVER, when I brought my box back in that Monday, the situation was resolved without issue; quickly and politely. I appreciate the quality of service and look forward to improvements in Intown. Because of its convenience in Inman Park, residents really do depend on its services to be reliable, reasonably priced, and professionally executed. We live right down the road from the Intown Business Center. The owners are absolutely wonderful and even give treats to our dogs when we come to mail a package. Their prices are very reasonable and everything we have ever shipped has made it to its destination in one piece and in a timely fashion. They are able to ship via DHL, USPS, UPS, FEDEX. I have been coming here for years. It started bc they are one of the only places around that accepts fed ex, usps and ups. It's annoying to have several returns and have to go to several places. Intown is a one stop shop! Recently I turned to the friendly faces at Intown to help with printing for my wedding. Greg was very helpful and ensured all was done perfectly. He was easy to communicate with via email and phone. He printed my wedding program, escort cards, two large signs (one foam board), cards for my bridesmaids, and more! 5 star, highly recommend. I still use the Intown Business Center at least once a month for package delivery, because having packages delivered here is much safer than having expensive items left on my Inman Park porch by UPS/FED EX/USPS. Also with some retailers it is cheaper to have packages delivered to a commercial address. The service has really improved and has been excellent recently. Also given the long, loooong wait at local post office, I have shipped several packages here and the experience was efficient and pricing better than another local package center I tried. read more

Stay away from using Intown's AnytimeMailbox service. They charge a monthly fee that keeps going up. After six months it went from $9/mo to $15/mo. They also charge you $1.50 per letter per month to store it! This is for storing a tiny piece of paper in a box that you ALREADY PAY FOR! Have they lost their minds? That means you can forget waiting a few months until you have 10+ pcs of mail (to make it economical) to forward together to your international address. This is just a scam to trick you into paying excess fees if you aren't a vigilant mail checker. So sad as I once used to recommend this service but not anymore once finding out about this sleazy tactic. Don't invest in address changes etc just to be extorted by their ridiculous prices and price hikes. Hey ANYTIMEMAILBOX, here's an idea: Let people keep keep at least 10pcs of mail in their box before you start charging fees for doing absolutely no work! read more
