Yes they provided me with compensation but I was not looking for that kind of response. My time is valuable and I deserve to receive accurate information. The branch located downtown Fort Lauderdale provided me with the wrong wire #. I requested the international one and I got the domestic one. I did not get the funds on time even if the transaction was free. I was there in person in order to avoid any issues but it did not help. Staff are not well and longer trained to service the customers. I won't recommend that bank to my best friends.
