Surprisingly the food came out like 15-20 minutes later. I devoured the ravioli in a matter of minutes. Come here if you have the time. It's a small shop just a stone's throw from the Höhematte (the park in the center of Interlaken where paragliders land). Our group of four learned about chocolate making, sampled different chocolate ingredients and varieties, and then made our own custom chocolate bars, and we had a great time doing it. The workshop lasted about an hour, and the chocolate we made was ready for pickup, packaged in plastic sleeves and nicely bagged, ninety minutes later. Our workshop leader spoke fluent English and German (he was an American ex-pat studying in Switzerland) and the chocolate bars we made were sizable and became great souvenirs.
