The night before service get a text confirming for another day. Called they said oh yeah we have a different day. At this point I'm annoyed they assured they could move it. She said the tech will message you when they are on the way.... Nope he said that was there job. Super nice guy he also said they were running into issues. I was asked to pay half now and the other half once the job was completed... they needed to order the part.... Ok no problem.... Similar situation to get the tech back out there. They don't accept cards only check.... Ok wrote the second check now it's January and February and they are stating that the lost the check or it may have cashed might not have but they can't track it........
