Great place! Felt right at home and the bartender was super sweet! Had the Invasion Burger and a couple beers for our one night stopover before heading into Montana!

We were stink stranded in Kaycee the night. We stayed at the motel next-door and walked over to this little bar/restaurant. I'm pretty sure the server was the owner not positive but she was a sweetheart. We ordered the fried pickles, Bull fries and a green chili hamburger everything was delicious. We travel through this area a lot, and will definitely be stopping back through just to eat.

Great place to stop and grab a meal and have a beer. It has all the cozy warmth of a local hangout PLUS the cool history and Western vibe. I had a burger and sweet potato fries and a beer and it did not disappoint! It was fun to bring in my Jukeboxes and Jackalopes book by Julianne Crouch, and get the tender's autograph.

Came down to Kaycee for the first time for Chris Ledoux Days , to celebrate Chris's life and hear his son Ned sing , loved the food and people . Can't wait for next year I'll be back.

There isn't much for miles around Casey WY but this was a good stop. Group of 5 ate in the diner side of the bar for dinner. We had the 6oz sirloin and baked potato, a jalapeño and Swiss burger (huge and buried in jalapeños) a Philly Cheese and fries, the Wisconsin cheese soup and fried mushroom appetizer and another burger with waffle fries. Everyone was happy with what they got. The young waitress did great and we would stop here again.

Very yummy! Worth the stop instead of driving to the next big town. Fries were so good with the special which was a chicken bacon ranch with blue cheese sandwich. Staff was friendly and the area was clean and comfy.

Really awesome food for a good price. The Invasion cheeseburger is a 1/2 of beef and so so good. Highly recommended!

This place is nothing to write home about when you walk in. But the beer (in bottles) is cold; and the grill makes a decent sandwich/burger. What more would or could you ask for in a town with a population of 263?

First, despite checking in late Thursday afternoon, there were not enough tables or tablecloths available to set up the reception area. After asking multiple times and speaking with several staff members, we were told that they would personally set up the remaining tables and provide the missing tablecloths. However, when we returned the next morning (the day of the wedding), no additional tables had been set up, and the tablecloths were still unavailable. When we spoke with the main staff member about the issue, we were met with rudeness and profanity. Despite written communication between the venue and the bride confirming the guest count, the venue had the wrong number of attendees recorded, which affected the amount of food that had been prepared. Once the issue was resolved by reviewing the written correspondence and confirming that the mistake was on the venue's end--not the bride's--no apology was offered for the error, the inconvenience, or the unprofessional interaction. On top of that, the reception space was not clean upon arrival. While a small amount of dust is understandable for a rustic, rural venue, the floors had not been swept and the windows were dirty. I will say that the food was very good, and our room accommodations were comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, those positives did not outweigh the lack of organization, professionalism, and customer service we experienced.

Decor is lodge style with heavy furniture. My wife had the steak sandwich with Chimi churri sauce. Served on a soft roll with fries. The meat was a bit tough and had not been seasoned well. Pretty heavy on the grease, and light on the Chimi churri. I had the Dearhaven Burger, which was thick, and well flavored. A dijon.mayo sauce was good and not overpowering. Swiss cheese, mushrooms and onions. Very light on the mushrooms as I couldn't find them until I pulled back the cheese a bit. Kids burgers were big and good. Probably could have shared one kids burger between my 4 and 6 year old. The fries were EXCELLENT. Looks as though they are using the Chimi Churri on the fries...it worked well. Don't let the 3 stars make you discount the place. I will be back as I like local joints and the food was good for the area. Being from the SF Bay Area we get spoiled with our dining options.
