I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.

I even threw the invoice into chatgpt to make sure the pricing was well. The other amazing thing was, I bought front break pads from the Mercedes dealership and I asked them if they could use those and change them since I couldnt return it back. They said yes! This is unheard of. Most service companies make money off of parts. But these guys were great. The dealership was clean and everyone was nice. I do most of the work myself because I want to avoid people scamming me. I have already told 4 people about this and plan on posting about it on instagram to let everyone know. Overall, the dealership experience was fine - everybody was friendly and curteous as one would expect them to be and the finance guy was actually decent and didn't try to puch a bunch of extras on us. My problem was with the salesperson, Adah. She was friendly and responsive but was virtually clueless about the options and features of the vehicle we were planning to purchase. She thought the 147 horespower Hyundai Kona had "about 300 horsepower". She said the vehicle we bought (Kona N-Line S) had adaptive cruise control which it didn't on that trim level. She said the navigation works without a phone being paired which it doesn't. She suggested that there is no need to follow the 7500 mile oil change interval specified by Hyundai and instead said "most people just stretch it out to 10,000 miles". WHAT!!! Why would recommend I void my warranty??? She said window Tinting would be done on Tuesday - it was done on Thursday. Basically, I felt everything coming out of her mouth was just a guess that she was comfortable presenting as fact. Overall, I have no problem with the dealership but having a salesperson make so many mistakes misrepresenting / incorrectly representing a vehicle is unacceptable.

The transmission had went out shortly after buying the vehicle, and they blamed me for it despite being told from an Allstate trusted mechanic that it was NOT MY FAULT, and they calculated over $15,000 worth of damage from the previous wreck which they failed to disclose with me. I also had a 3 year warranty of which the bank that owns my car told me that the warranty should cover the transmission. Rich's cars n credit has lied and told me that it doesn't cover it. I've been way too nice holding back my review and honest opinion, but I just simply can't anymore. Save yourself and buy from someone else!

The vehicle is personally owned by a manager, not the business. I was told this along with since it's his personal vehicle he doesn't need to sell it. Note that I am not unhappy my offer wasn't taken, what is wrong is to sell a personal vehicle and represent it as dealer owned. Then on top of it, they want a dealer doc fee. In CO when you buy a vehicle from a person there is nothing needed but a signed title, the seller doesn't collect taxes, or do any other paperwork. What kind of scam is this place running. I have to say the salesman was doing good, for a used car salesman, but these businesses practices of selling personal vehicles not even owned by the dealership and charging doc fees, etc. is extremely sus. I'd avoid this dealer at all costs, nothing different or better or worse than any other dealer.....sad.

Dealers typically fill the tank and clean it, we asked the car to be ready and it was [ good enough] but we still had to stop and fill the tank with a baby in the car, our toddler waiting for us a home, and 40 min traffic during rush hour to get back to home North. It's a simple small courtesy when making a large purchase IMHO. Overall Sam did a great job and truly lives by the slogan, "Customer comes first." He's honest, he does the best to give you a quality vehicle, and will go above and beyond to help you in your purchase. Highly recommend this place!
