At first Chris was very polite and gave me an estimate for…read morethe work I needed done. I paid in full up front. He sent three apprentices over to do the work. They failed to wire a light and ceiling fan properly. their mistake was not corrected and the Sheetrock and dry wall guys did their job and the mistake was buried under the finished ceiling. When I told Chris about it he said there was really no way to fix the problem other than installing a remote control light switch at the other end of the room. it took him about a month to get around to putting the remote control box in. He then charged me an additional $85 for the box and even more for the installation. I explained that there shouldn't be a charge since they were at fault. He then broke out his phone and said that I had requested the for that light and ceiling fan to not be at all operational. I got tired of trying to argue my point and paid him the extra charge for a botched job. i would not recommend Epic electric to anyone. Shoddy work with no attempt to make things right. I would take this review down if he refunds my money. Until then I would advise people not to hire them for residential work. Not happy
