Had such a great experience here! I was having trouble getting a specific test done at my regular gyno office and Invia was my saving grace. I would have been on a waiting list until May-which would have extremely disrupted my plans. Denise went ABOVE and beyond to help me. She was able to help me get into a doctor for testing asap and called around to help schedule even when they were full to capacity with patients. Of all my years and those of practices I have been to-I have never felt so helped and appreciated. She not only was helpful but so accompdating and empathetic. I literally love her and am so thankful for her going the extra mile. I went into the office had my exam. All the doctors, nurses and staff were amazing. It is a far drive from my house but was worth every minute of the commute. So happy with them and would recommend to anyone looking for anythoe of fertility care. They offer a wide array of services. I wanted to add this doctor diagnosed me with PCOS. I have had MANY ultrasounds and tests since, all of which show no sign of PCOS. I also naturally because pregnant in 2017 and have a healthy daughter. My wonderful new doctor thinks the depo shot was to blame. If you're not sure, get another opinion! Beware!! Fake paid reviews, Dr Karande ( arrogant and nasty behavior )and invia fertility is extremely worst. he is big of failure. it's all business, he has to fail your first ivf to make money. You're just a number there. And many long reviews are just fake. I even saw same reviewer post reviews for both drs. In facility and saying same thing. That dr karande was my Dr and he help me got pregnant. and same person same time review under dr. Klipstein says same thing. you're assigned to one dr. and only one dr does your treatment. how can two help you get pregnant at same time? I had really bad personal experience. WARNING: If I could rate them a negative rating, I would. This was the worst experience of my entire life. My husband and I went through IVF for about 5 years from 2016 - 2021. We started out at Fertility Centers of Illinois then transferred over to Invia Fertility with Dr. Karande. First of all, they simply want your money - that's it. Dr. Karande has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I went through 2-3 transfers with them, all resulting in miscarriage. As I was miscarrying, I never received a phone call from the Dr. or nurse asking how I was doing. It was as if I were simply a number. If you are looking for a group of individuals who have empathy and care about your journey through this difficult time, then I would highly advise NOT to work with this company who only sees you as a body attached to $. At the end of the day, I never had a successful pregnancy AND they could never diagnose with anything. Please go somewhere else!!!!!! read more

Please beware of this clinic, I would avoid it if I were you. The phone line even to the receptionist is always busy. Even if you were to call many times, each time you will be answered by a voicemail. Leaving voicemail does not help either. The call may or may not be returned. Their portal works the same way. It is shitty. You won't know unless you login to it whether you have a a new message. So, be prepared to check the portal multiple times when in treatment (good luck!) I met Dr.Karande and I think he is bad. A doctor who criticizes his colleagues sounds unprofessional and bad news. He thinks he is not doctor but god. That is the attitude he flaunts, which is far from reality. He failed to even acknowledge a legitimate diagnosis for me. I knew the instant he ignored it that he was wrong and should not be consulted with. The clinic charged our insurance a massive bill for a basic consultation. So be prepared to be ripped off. I would give a 0 or negative rating if there was an option. read more

This place is a disaster. A few years back, my wife and I went here for fertility treatment. Two tries, we got pregnant and lost both. After these two devastating losses, Dr Klipstein suggested to my wife that we do donor eggs. While my wife's ovarian reserve was not optimal, the cause of our losses had nothing to do with her ovarian reserve or her age. The root cause, which Dr Klipstein and Dr Karande refused to test for was anti-phospholipid syndrome, which results in clots which make it impossible to carry a baby to full term without blood thinners. After some research, we discovered that 25% of "unexplained" infertility/miscarriage is attributed to this condition. THEY REFUSED TO TEST US FOR THIS AFTER WE BEGGED AND OFFERED TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. We came to our senses and went elsewhere, got pregnant, and delivered a beautiful baby girl in March of 2013. We got pregnant again NATURALLY a year and a half later and delivered a wonderful son in August of 2015. Our story ended happily, but this was due to our tenaciousness. Had we gone with Dr Klipstein's cop out donor egg advice, we STILL would have miscarried due to my wife's condition and this clinic's lack of effort or caring to properly diagnose her. Go elsewhere for treatment, and whomever you choose, make sure that they run a battery of tests for all potential conditions that may inhibit the conception or successful carriage of a baby. read more

The staff at Invia is very nice, everybody makes you feel like you are the most important and they give you confidence and hope. My partner and I highly recommend Invia Fertility's guidance in making your family dreams become reality! We are a couple in our 30's, who were obviously unable to conceive on our own. We spoke with Dr. Klipstein to find out options, possibilities, costs, procedures, percentages of success and anything necessary to help us make our decision whether to utilize their services or not in November, 2013. Although the process takes time, it is worth EVERY penny spent as we are going to have twins later this year in 2014! Honestly, what can I say about Dr. Klipstein and her staff? She is one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege of being around. Her knowledge, compassion, sensitivity, and understanding of what we want (which ultimately is a family) is unprecedented! Every question was answered as honestly as possible, which is important when you have exhausted all possibilities to have a family on your own, yet still haven't had success. The entire staff was tremendous, especially Julia and Monika (we saw them the most)!! We love everyone involved, whether at the Arlington Heights, Hoffman Estates, and Northbrook locations. Although we never went to the Crystal Lake facility, I'm sure they are just as great! We went to the Arlington Heights the most due to location. I was very happy with the doctors and staff at Invia. Dr. Klipstein was my main doctor, and I really loved her bedside manner. She feels like she could be your friend, but also really knows her stuff. I completely trust her knowledge and expertise. Dr. Karande is also great, and every experience I've had with him has been positive. He is direct, with a fun, dry wit. The staff have always been responsive and caring. All of their facilities are clean and convenient to those in the N and NW Suburbs. In general, insurance can sometimes be tricky when it comes to fertility treatments, but that would be the case at any clinic. The staff here work with you to make the most of your plan and explain payment plans, if needed. Myself, and two friends, have all had successful outcomes at Invia. Highly recommended! read more

Run away! - Claim to have a "patient-centered focus." Nothing further from the truth! From lack of communication of expectations, to a just try it once & if it doesn't work we'll use donor eggs & sperm donors attitude, to staff & a "high tech" communication portal that does nothing but keep you away from the doctor & staff at most critical moments, to billing department that just told me we still had semen stored & were charging us another $600 even though we thought we had transferred ALL of my semen to another clinic a year ago, this place is a complete & total disaster. If couples have had success here, I give credit for putting up with the unprofessional attitude of staff, complete lack of attention to detail, & worst client/patient relationship management I have ever seen at any business, let alone a fertility clinic where couples are filled with anxiety. My wife, 38 & I, 50, later went to another clinic where, after 1 cycle, we welcomed a beautiful healthy daughter into our lives, but not before having lived through the nightmare of being patients at Invia Fertility. / Of course, won't make such strong comments about any facility without the facts to back them up. We went to Invia because I had undergone a vasectomy. We considered reversal, but given her age, we decided to not delay & go forward with sperm aspiration & IVF. Other than her being 38, there were no indications we might have any issues & since I had a vasectomy after having 4 kids in previous marriage. We met Dr. Klipstein who went through the requisite stats & ordered all the tests. Though my file was marked that I had a vasectomy, I was chastised by the staff, at almost every visit, for not having completed my sperm analysis & had to explain each time that this was N/A because I had no way of giving them a sample. / My wife began hormone treatments & when she had questions, could not call the doctor or staff directly. Had to access an on-line portal & ask questions there, or leave message for revolving door of nurses at office because it is virtually impossible to reach anyone live, in any dept. unless you chose the phone option that you wish to schedule an appointment. We rarely spoke to the same nurse twice - horrible patient management process. / Messages & questions on Invia's portal may not be returned for 24 hrs. When my wife, a pharmacist, saw her hormone regimen, also on the portal, had been changed, she wanted to confirm with the doctor or nurse the accuracy of the change & understand why. Timing of these treatments is critical, but an answer could not be found until we demanded the doctor call us back, neither the first or last time we did that. / Expectation setting is critical during fertility treatment. We had a descent number of ovules, but when her eggs were harvested, the nurse came in the recovery area with a huge smile on her face & told her the number of eggs had been retrieved was almost half the number of ovules we had seen growing on ultrasounds. We were devastated because we had no idea that it was normal for there to be fewer actual eggs harvested than the number of ovules seen growing - horrible expectation setting! / We were lucky to have at least a small number of embryos. We planned DNA testing before implantation, requiring them to stay in their petri dishes until Day 5 instead of being considered for implantation at Day 3. Despite having some healthy one at Day 3 that could have been implanted, none survived until Day 5. It was not until we went to another clinic that we learned not implanting at Day 3 poses more risk to the embryos. We were never informed of the additional risk we were taking with our embryos until we went to new clinic where we chose not to do DNA testing. In fact, on call with the embryologist we were told there was no additional risk to delaying the implantation of the embryos until Day 5. / When none of our embryos survived & we met w/ Dr. Klipstein to consider next steps, despite having had multiple embryos that had survived until Day 3 with our own eggs & sperm, her immediate & 1st response was to suggest we use donor eggs & donor sperm. We started researching other fertility centers & found other reviews of Invia where couples thought donor eggs & sperm were prematurely recommended. When we went to the new clinic, no mention was ever made of using donor eggs or sperm. After all, we had already successfully made what appeared to be in the pictures we transferred, healthy embryos. Just hadn't made it to Day 5. / In January of 2014 I transferred what I believed to be all of my semen (3 vials that were being kept frozen after aspiration), from Invia Fertility to our new clinic. Recently, I received an invoice for the 3/14 to 3/15 annual semen storage fee from Invia. "What semen?" After waiting 24 hrs to find out if they still have my semen or if the semen I transferred was mine, I've been told to use the Portal to ask any questions I have for the Embryology lab! This isn't their main office, ( Hoffman Estates) ,but I went here for blood tests and ultrasounds. The staff was always so pleasant, even VERY early in the morning! I'm very sorry to those other reviewers who had such a difficult time and rated Invia so very low. I know how difficult it is to struggle with infertility. My husband and I were able to conceive through IVF here at Invia. Although it is sometimes difficult to reach someone by phone, they have FANTASTIC response time through their patient portal, usually within a few minutes. I actually prefer to communicate this way, as there is a record of all conversations and questions if you need to refer back to it for information in the future. I highly recommend Dr. Karande and Dr. Klipstein. They both are very personable and try their hardest to make your baby wishes come true. read more

We were very fortunate to work with Dr. Karande for our first and only IVF. We are pregnant and finished with an uneventful first trimester. The staff at InVia is terrific! I am a busy VP and I loved using the portal to communicate with Dr. Karande and the nursing staff. No waiting for return phone calls or being placed on hold and test results are available for me when I want to review them. And if you need help after hours, on Sunday or in an emergency (I did twice although everything was just fine both times!) the staff and Dr. Karande are there for you. If you work with Dr. Karande, I highly encourage you to relax (I know it's difficult) and trust his expertise. You are being monitored closely and will be well taken care of by him and his very kind and patient staff. My husband and I are SO grateful to Dr. Karande and the entire InVia team!
