I wanted the back shortened so sides could match up. I even showed a Pic of the too short cut that I hated and she gave me the same cut. I have been in tears for weeks, have even ordered some wigs. Yes it was that bad. I ended up going to someone else who couldn't believe a professional had hacked my layers so bad, left areas almost bald. Everytime I drive by I want to scream out the window -don't go here. The worst part is my hair grows very slowly and I will have to live with these for 6 mths to a yr before it will be tolerable.

Tammy listened to me, told me what she was doing at each step, and didn't take too much off. And she's very nice. I went here twice in one month because I had heard good things about the Salon. The first time I…read morewent, I was trying to get my hair dyed back to my natural color. My hair was a darker brown then my natural shade but nothing too drastic. My stylist's name was Hannah I believe. She did several things to my hair and when my appointment was over she said my tips were a bit darker then my roots but that you couldn't see a line for my roots and it looked very natural. The salon doesn't have very good lighting so I looked in the mirror and thought it was fine. Upon going home and looking at my hair in my very well lit bathroom I saw that you could still see my roots very clearly and now the top of my hair was a lighter shade of brown and the bottom was a much darker shade. The transition was not at all natural, with lines dividing each shade. When calling them back, the salon workers acted like they couldn't be bothered to talk about my unhappy situation and told me that it was the best possible job they could have done. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. The second time I went was because it was prom and I already had the appointment and I knew I wouldn't be able to get another in time. Again I left the salon with something that looked nothing like what I asked for. Because day Modish it seems like the workers just like to do their own interpretations of what you ask for. I will never ever be going back there and I recommend that you don't either.

I was really looking forward to giving Headliners a try. I wanted to find service salon and a…read morestylist I could stick with. I made an appointment on Saturday with a stylist I was told was one of their best who just happened to have an opening on Monday. The receptionist and I talked about my husbands family (she knew his cousin)and I added eye brows on to the appointment after being told about their other services. I was SO looking forward to a fresh change. When I showed up there Monday, they had no record of my appointment. They had my info (had to be entered on Saturday) but no record of appointment. I just cannot say how disappointed I was with them......Back to the drawing board.
