I've not lost the amount of weight I want but it's obvious I've been going on a regular basis! After many attempts at different locations I'm still not able to sign in. Ticket was created last week and I have not heard back. Came back to the Cypress location today and the manager Shaw Hitchcock told me he is again "creating a ticket" and he will forward me the email IT sends him. I sure hope this works because is getting very frustrating dealing with this because I can't reserve my classes if I can't access the app. I just find it very frustrating that there is not a customer service number I can call.

Before I signed up we went over my goals and struggles in detail. I was told what to expect and what will be expected from me. CrossFit sounds really intimidating for somebody who hasn't been physically active in a long time, but I received all the information I need to succeed. From the day one every time I walk through their door I am being greeted by name. Coaches follow up on my progress, and always encourage me to push myself. CYPRESS WE HAVE A NEW GYM!…read more This gym is located where the old 24hr was located. They kept the footprint but added so many fun and new things. They have more power racks that I could imagine, new weights, new machines, new everything. Staff are beyond helpful and nice. I used my insurance to sign up here and it took just a couple minutes. It wasn't busy by other gym standards. Got on every machine that I wanted to easily. What I don't like, their lack of ab machines. I could only see one. And that was fairly popular so got on it late. Past that. Great new little gym here. Will be coming back this week, for sure!
