So happy we finally have a gym that is nearby. Not sure if the crowd will die down, but the plus side is that it's 24 hours. The kids club is only open until 12 on Saturdays. This is a family neighborhood and IMO should at least be open until 2. Membership starts at $10 a month. They are lacking in the customer service department. The place itself is nice. I go to different locations for Zumba classes that I really enjoy. My problem is that after two months all of the sudden my app stopped working and it says my membership is canceled, well is not because I still can get in with my phone number. After many attempts at different locations I'm still not able to sign in. Ticket was created last week and I have not heard back. Came back to the Cypress location today and the manager Shaw Hitchcock told me he is again "creating a ticket" and he will forward me the email IT sends him. I sure hope this works because is getting very frustrating dealing with this because I can't reserve my classes if I can't access the app. I just find it very frustrating that there is not a customer service number I can call. read more

Cancelling my membership here was one of the hardest things I've ever done! In all honesty, I didn't come here often because no matter what time of day, it was always packed and other patrons were not courteous in sharing equipment. I mostly just showed up for my personal training sessions. I will note that I had no issues with my trainer; he was great. However, in order to cancel my membership, I had to cancel my training sessions first. Cool, no problem. When I requested to cancel my PT, I was told Jose (the PT manager and apparently the only person who could make this happen) had left for the day. Donald Kitchen (the GM) stated that he would email Jose to get in contact with me, and I was attached to the email. I called a week later when I had received no correspondence from Jose or Donald and was told that yet again, Jose was not at the gym. I tried going in earlier in the day to speak with Jose and yet again, he was not around. I asked a PT if they had a number for Jose, so that I could call him directly and the PT said that they weren't allowed to give me Jose's number. Fast forward two weeks, I email Donald Kitchen (the GM) AGAIN to seek assistance. I cannot cancel my gym membership while I still have a PT membership and yet again...no response. After weeks of going back and forth with no response, I emailed every corporate email that I could find online because they were just taking my money for fun at that point and PT is not cheap. Finally, a lady from corporate, who I had never spoken to before, reached out via email to state the end date of my PT membership. I then had to wait for that membership to end before I could go in and cancel my gym membership. Everything here was a scam. I've been to many gyms over the years, and unfortunately this is the worst experience that I've had at any of them. The process of canceling should not be that difficult and the fact that the GM, Donald Kitchen, and the PT manager, Jose, NEVER responded to my calls or emails is very unprofessional. You might have a better experience than I did, but save your money and go somewhere else. This also happened to a family member of mine who visited this exact gym. Beware of the scammers! read more

Worst EOS i have been to, took my brother here once so we could workout toghether but was given attitude by front desk because he was 15, then i was tryna figure something out because this has never happened before, then one of the female employees even asked me to show my brother's birth certificate and looked at me funny, mind you we have been to other EOSs but none denied us entry, and today i just got turned around because i was wearing crocs ?! none of the other EOSs had gave me a hard time, both time when i got issues here it was the same female employee, this gym is overcrowded and customer service is so bad to the point they are just making up pointless rules. read more

The sauna is always lukewarm, it is always packed unless you go at 5 am, machines are broken, and the parking is abysmal especially during peak times. If you like okay machines, waiting in line pretty much every time you go, and all for $10 id say go here. read more

This gym is most likely one of the better EŌS gyms. There are loads of equipment that fill the whole gym which is amazing. Even when it gets super packed you can usually still find a machine with all the equipment. Another thing is the diversity of the equipment, instead of using one gym brand for all machines, there are multiple brands of machines so if one machine of a excersize isn't feeling right, you can try another machine that hits the same thing. The maintenance and upkeep is great, barely ever any machines down and quick repairs are performed. The gym is also very clean. Only giving this four stars and not five for the staffing, very rude and dismissive. Would not recommend engaging the staff for anything (at least not the floor staff). Overall a great gym I would definitely recommend coming here. read more

Just moved to HTX, the gym is a good balance between your "real" gyms like Alpha Land or Absolute Recomp (my old gym) and 24hr fitness or Planet fitness. People of all ages and body types come here, as of today it seems the crowd has died due to school starting up for kids. Wanted to say thanks to Dain for helping me out at the front desk: he was extremely personable and showed some humor when replying to my questions. As a new resident it's nice to feel welcomed. I had a guest pass about a month ago, I also took my son there for kids club while I worked out. First few days were good, no complaints. Then I noticed kids club employee who I had not met so I basically just gave the run down about my son and if he needs me or needs a diaper change la call or txt me asap! The young girl gave me a bit of an attitude and when I asked if she was the only employee working there today she said no and employee should be in at 5. Ok cool no problem. Well the great thing about this gym that I loved is they have TVs around the gym with a Birds Eye view of kids club so me being new to the gym and my son being new to kids club I occasionally check the TVs, I noticed after an hour and past 5pm the young lady was still in there by herself with at least 8-10 kids in there, problem was she wasn't paying attention to the kids she was at the front desk area of kids club. I asked the operations manager if that was normal? He confidently said no it could be the other girl is running late and that he will make sure that doesn't happen again. Cool no problem I left that at that. Second week of my guest pass, now a Monday I take my son to kids club I have a good workout, I checked the TVs again towards the end of my workout and I noticed I couldn't see my son. I ended my workout and went into kids club. The young lady working in there pointed at me and said "Roman's mom , right" I said yes where's my son? She said " there was an incident today" I said "ok what happened"mind you my son is completely isolated from the other 10-15 kids in a baby devotion where the walls are high enough to where he can't see over them. she said " your son and another kid were hitting each other" I responded and said " who hit who first?" She responded and said "your son, and we already wrote an incident report on him, if this happens one more time he will not be allowed to come back for a while" mind you my son never had any behavior issues the last week we were there, I n no way am I excusing his behavior but I asked her " why wouldn't you call me and the other mom when it happened and why is my son She said it literally happened right now" I said " so you had time to put my kid in a section by himself, write an incident report but not call me first?" I asked her if the other child was there she said yes, I asked if his parent was informed about the situation she said not yet I'm going to tell her when she comes for pick up. So you're going to tell me your put my 3 years old son in a isolated section by himself and let this much older child just continue to play and didn't call me? I informed the operations manager about what happened and I asked if this was standard procedure for this facility and if it was normal to put a child in isolation and not call parents he said no that is not how that should have been handled I told him I'd like him to review the footage of what happened because the young lady couldn't give me a straight answer as to why the incident even happened or what exactly happened and he said no problem if I were you I'd be just as upset I completely understand where your coming from. He said give me a few hours to review the tapes and I will contact you, I asked for you have my name and number he said yes I know who you are and I have your info I said great I look forward to hearing from you. Well, it's been 3 weeks I have not heard from him and that's exactly why I'm writing this review is because it's not fair to treat young kids the way my 3 years old child was treated or even handle a situation the way it was. To not have a manager reach back out in regards to the situation when they said they would is even worse because it proves that there is no integrity in what is being told to clients or potential clients. Gym is always pretty clean. Lots of machines but there is usually a handful that are broken/out of order. This gym is ALWAYS BUSY!

Very disappointed with the customer service. I didn't mind waiting at first, as the young lady at the front desk was clearly helping someone on the phone. But then a male employee walked by, made her laugh, and I said "hello," thinking he might assist me. He looked directly at me and walked away without saying a single word. Meanwhile, I remained standing at the front desk needing help, but the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than acknowledging guests. Two other female employees saw me standing there and continued their conversation. It wasn't until I waved and said "excuse me" that they finally had to acknowledge me. It was obvious I had been standing there the whole time and was intentionally ignored. Completely unacceptable. read more

machines are too close together, its way too crowded.. while its crowded, people are on their phones sitting at the workout machines! wtf!

This gym gives me mix feelings. It felt nice to finally have a gym nearby or so I thought. Gym is always packed from 8am to 10pm to the point where you can't use any equipment. I go to only be able to use 1 or 2 machines every time because the others are occupied by people who are more so talking or just staring at you than working out. Employees there can also be rude at times also just staring instead of being welcoming. I love eos and been to a couple others around Houston and this by far has to be the not so best one. Hopefully it dies down but I doubt it because summer is around the corner. For now I'll be making my drive to the Richmond and Katy green location. Save yourself sometime and don't make this your home location if you're thinking about signing up. read more

EOS is a great facility, the front desk is also very helpful and attentive. Especially Keishla, she was so sweet and kind when I checked in and bought some pre workout. We need more people like her! The facility in itself is very spacious and I always have a good time there. Would recommend 10/10 read more

My experience with Jessica started off great--she was respectful of most of my decisions, and I appreciated her help during my tour. The gym was extremely busy, which surprised me, but I was still ready to join since I prefer working out in the mornings. I spent about two hours with Jessica, and during our conversation, she brought up a personal trainer. I politely declined, as I've had several trainers in the past and know I don't need one. However, she then brought in her assistant manager, Logan, who seemed intent on persuading me to hire both a trainer and a nutritionist. I've been working with a nutritionist for over seven years, so this approach felt unnecessary and pushy. The way Logan handled the conversation was, frankly, disrespectful. I've lost over 130 lbs without a personal trainer and came in simply to sign up for a membership. At one point, he questioned my knowledge about protein sources and told me quinoa doesn't contain protein--which is both incorrect and unprofessional coming from someone in the fitness industry. This experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I canceled my membership immediately, the same day I signed up, without even getting to use the facility. I hope the right thing is done regarding my cancellation. read more
