I have to say we love our IF. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful and kind. We love our trainer, Shelly. She is fun to work with and KNOWS dogs. That means the world to us. We will ask for Shelly from now on! Actually, she is coming today! Bouncing off what the man said about the yearly fee, we did not know that either. I just called and spoke to a man on the phone about a bill I received. He was extremely rude. I called to ask how often we would owe this bill because when the $4000 fence was installed we were not told that we would be getting a $300 a year bill for the life of our two dogs. We are currently considering a third dog. I told him that I sent shorts to my dad in Michigan and it was $12 and this shipping was $50. Instead of him just explaining to me that this was shipping for the year he responded with "did you ship the shorts 8 times??" RUDE! Again we are going to pay this bill but I did suggest to him that before a customer installs a fence they should tell them that they will be getting basically a bill every year for $150 per dog for the life of the family's dog. I expected just a friendly explanation of the bill and a suggestion from myself to them as a business, I stead I got sarcasm and short rude answers!! The whole conversation is really sad because up until today I was telling everyone I knew about this company and how accommodating they were to my family. read more
