We thankfully found Grace Animal Hospital. When we walked in, we were told they were booked but when we explained our situation, they made the time for us and our girl. The whole office was sweet and compassionate. Dr Adams examined her and agreed something catastrophic had happened to her. He & his staff explained everything to us and helped our girl pass on peacefully. We are so thankful for them and their treatment of us and our family member. A week later, we received the sweetest condolence card in the mail signed by several of the staff. That meant the world to us that they took the time to not only send a card but to have personal messages as well. I would highly recommend Grace Animal Hospital for your pet care needs. Hopefully our other pets won't need their service but we know where to take them if there is the need.

I called Susie, the owner of the business and told her I needed to reschedule. She gave me a new appointment for March 31, at 1:00. She said she was very busy and had to hang up because she had several dogs half shampooed and had to go. Evidently when she hung up the phone she neglected to write down my new appointment and to cross off the old one. On the day of my first scheduled appointment (the one I cancelled) she called and yelled at my husband telling him I missed my appointment and would not reschedule for someone who doesn't show up for their appointment. He told her I rescheduled that appointment for March 31st and she said that wasn't true. I called her back a few minutes later explaining that I had rescheduled my appointment. I brought my dog here severely emaciated and lethargic. He is 7 years old and I have had him since…read morehe was a puppy. This animal "hospital" took x ray films and bloodwork and assured me nothing was wrong with him and to just feed him puppy food to get his weight back on. I went to get a second opinion at another vet's office, they also took x rays that I had to pay for again because of this office's hours. My dog had a HUGE mass on his small intestine/lymph node that would have killed him in one week. He got exploratory surgery this morning at the other hospital and they have successfully removed the mass. I tried to trust Grafton Animal Hospital's "professional" opinion, but thank god I did not because I would have a DEAD DOG. They should be ashamed and do NOT take your animals here. Make the drive to Morgantown or Uniontown because the inexperience here is absolutely unacceptable.
