We had a terrible experience at the imaging center. My daughter's pediatrician referred her to get…read morea scan--she's anxious and worried about it. She just turned 18 and is still in high school. The blond female technician was extremely cold and rude and refused to allow me to come back, even after my daughter repeatedly requested it. If it had been a week prior, I would have been required to go back with her. Why do this to a teenager who could potentially have a serious issue? Why be borderline demeaning with the way you delivered the information? Parents--avoid this place at all cost--you will find zero empathy or bedside manner here. I will also be notifying my daughter's pediatrician about the awful experience we had here. Being kind takes zero effort. I hope this lady has the day she deserves. Update: these people told my daughter that she needed a biopsy and scheduled her for surgery. She is hysterical. This was handled so poorly--your staff needs to be retrained.

I made an appointment weeks in advance, and I arrived 10 minutes before my set time which was cushioned with 15 minutes to fill out any necessary paperwork. A person walked in right before me to check on making a mammogram appt. in the future since she was passing by their office. They told her they had a slot open up and they could take her. She was taken back before me (a long time before I was seen). I was left sitting there for over 45 minutes. This included me arriving early. I literally walked in on the heels of the woman just dropping in to set a future appointment. 20 minutes after my schedule actual appointment time, I finally asked when I would be seen. I was told that there had been one unexpected emergency appointment so they would take me as soon as possible. The other "unexpected appointment" was another older lady that may have received some concerning new. That is COMPLETELY understandable and she was there when I arrived as well. So, why did they choose to take the drop in before an appointment that arrived early knowing good and well they already had an emergency appointment??? Also, why did it take me asking as I sat there FOREVER? The appointment coordinator should have said to me - we are running a little behind. I apologize. Someone will be with you as soon as possible. Additionally, at NO point did ANYONE say, I'm so sorry you had to wait (or even goodbye. I hope you have a nice day.) When the technician(?) came to take me back she must have been having a rough day because she was beyond NOT friendly. She took me straight back to the room where she would perform the mammogram. This isn't typical either, you usually go to their dressing room but chalk it up -- maybe an explanation would have been nice? and a "Hi, nice to see you. Our dressing rooms are pretty full so...." Next I finally get an introduction from the lady that's going to be squishing me :/ -- This is the location that I've used for years and I am glad that this wasn't my first experience here. I am hopeful that it was just a VERY OFF visit and that this isn't going to be their new norm. I am giving them 3 stars but it actually should be 2. It was not a good experience at all -- especially given how delicate you feel when going in to have a mammogram performed in the first place. No fun!!!

I have an appt." Still staring.... Ok??? She actually says "I don't know you? You're supposed to say your name" SHE ACTUALLY SAID THAT... I say "did you ask my name??" I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER return to this place. You already have anxiety because your boobs are about to get pressed into a machine. The words "mammogram" & "breast cancer" will scare easily. Please be kind to your customers. Get rid of this receptionist if you haven't already. What a monster. No "have a nice day" upon leaving either. She just exists behind that desk. Will add: Radiologists were lovely. But I'd go to another place simply because this front desk rude woman sets the whole mood for the appt.

The radiologists are fantastic, and I would have given 5 stars based on their care alone. However,…read morethe front desk staff brings the experience down. When you walk in, there's no acknowledgment--you're left standing at the counter while they chat among themselves. A simple greeting would go a long way. Their attitude comes across as if checking patients in is an inconvenience rather than understanding that patients are the reason they are employed. Professionalism and courtesy at the front desk would greatly improve the overall experience.

I said "Excuse me, can someone help me?" multiple times and was completely ignored. Rude and unprofessional. Today, I came back for a blood test required to continue my PrEP prescription through Mistr. One of the lab techs--an older, light-skinned woman--acted like she couldn't help me because I supposedly had a balance. That's absurd--I was told by my pharmacist at Cone Health that everything was covered when I was receiving PrEP injections from them. Clearly, that was a lie. What makes it worse is that I had a test done at Quest just a few weeks ago for life insurance, and that tech was able to bypass the balance. Same with my last PrEP test 2-3 months ago--there was still a balance, but the lab tech had no issue helping me. So it really felt like she just didn't want to do her job. To top it off, my appointment was at 11:40 AM--close to their lunch break--so it felt like they were rushing me out of there. I told her I'm broke, homeless, living in my car, and I don't have $194.30 to pay. She didn't care. Just kept saying, "It won't let me bypass it," which I know is BS. I pray she never ends up down bad like I am now, because maybe then she'd understand what it's like to need compassion. She was more focused on the money than helping someone who needs medical care. These money-hungry companies have no heart. Now I have to contact Mistr and let them know I couldn't get my bloodwork done. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was out of the office with everything done by 8:15 am. Overall, a great experience. I'll keep coming here in the future.
