This place is top notch and their pricing is unbeatable!! By far the cheapest out of 6 shops that responded to me. They really don't give up until they resolve your issue. My phone situation was a bit unique and complex. After running a diagnostic and replacing the screen, the touch screen was still unresponsive. Although the issue turned out to be from the motherboard, I did not care to fix it because I intended to use it as a turn in and just wanted my phone completely erased. After 1-2 attempts, Eric was able to put it in recovery mode and completely factory reset the device! Eric was great and showed a lot of pride in his work by not giving up since I had previously gone to two different places. I come here for all my families phone. They fixed the shattered screen but the problems to follow they take no ownership. This is the first tine I have received poor service. My phone wasn't fixed, the front desk gal said it was a system glitch. The glitch didn't start until they tried to correct the problem. I've had my phone fixed by this company twice! The first time I had dropped it and the screen became discolored and needed to be replaced. I took it to them at 1pm and got it back just 2 hours later!! It was completely fine after and didn't cost much either!
