I think I've had four phones repaired here over the years but sadly the quality has gone downhill. I noticed an issue when taking a photo of my iPhone X just shutting down. I called the shop the first week and they mentioned that the battery needs time to adjust and it will eventually register to the phone and not show any errors. After a month the message about the after market battery turned off or so I thought. Fast forward three months just outside of the 90 day warranty and my phone instantly goes to 80% battery life then dies without use in a few hours. If I try to take a photo the phone shuts down completely and you can't turn it on without plugging it into a charger first. I do like this place for store repairs but I think the product they use for repairs is low quality. Also really sketchy that the battery takes a dive right after 90 days. I'll just take the phone to Apple and save the headache read more

Just had my phone repaired on Feb 11, 2022 for a cracked screen and lcd. I paid $214 and was told by the girl that I had a warranty. 10 days later my phone has a hazy lite green line running thru my phone. I call i phone wizards and the guy tells me I have to pay another $199 plus tax to repair my phone that my warranty that they said I have after just 10 days from being repaired does not cover what was just repaired. I can't recommend this establishment enough. I received a quote from them initially and decided to continue the process. When I got to the shop, I was greeted by a friendly woman that took my information and gave me a time frame for when the repair of my cracked iPhone 12 Pro Max would be finished. LUIS IS THE BEST MOST INCREDIBLE HUMAN BEING IN THE WORLD! This place is inside of "Dark Games" and hard to find, it's also REALLY far away when you live in Summerlin as I do, or Henderson, but ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE DRIVE! I needed a new battery for my iPhone 6plus and the screen and front facing selfie camera were shattered. I went in just wanting a battery because I had photos of myself and my late husband on that phone, and I also had the encrypted WiFi passwords for my company on it. It was 10:00 Saturday night when I got there. For swapping out the battery Apple quoted me $350-$500, and I'd have to wait until the 22nd, most other places quoted me $90- $150 for the battery plus labor and had to order the battery. I went in and Luis had a new battery in my phone within 10 minutes and was charging my phone. That cost $35! I asked if he could fix the screen and he said "SURE" in and out in less than 45 minutes and I paid a TOTAL of $88 for parts and labor, with a two week waruntee and as an accidental bonus, my front facing selfie camera now works again and he cleaned my charging port out! While I was there 3 other people either picked up or dropped off their phones; they were ALL as happy as I was and Luis was knowledgeable and friendly to all of them!!!
