Just had my phone repaired on Feb 11, 2022 for a cracked screen and lcd. I paid $214 and was told by the girl that I had a warranty. 10 days later my phone has a hazy lite green line running thru my phone. I call i phone wizards and the guy tells me I have to pay another $199 plus tax to repair my phone that my warranty that they said I have after just 10 days from being repaired does not cover what was just repaired. Be aware of their supposed warranties and ask alot of questions before taking your phone to them! I feel Cheated!!! Man it Sucks!!! read more

Came in to get my iPhone 11 Pro Rose Gold Fixed. Came back to pick it up, with it restarting. It was stuck on the restarting screen for about 2 hours, I couldn't come back because they were closed. It finished updating the next morning, but with problems of not being able to access my Wifi, Cellular data, & Bluetooth. The next day, I came back to the place telling him the issues and also how it also has an important message saying that it could not read a piece put into my phone. He told me give him a hour. We was contacted a hour later with bad news that he could not fix it! I asked for a refund, and was given but with the return of the old screen. Shady place, tried to shorten my money but I corrected the worker as he tried to give me $86, when my total was $97. Wouldn't come here again. read more

I can't recommend this establishment enough. I received a quote from them initially and decided to continue the process. When I got to the shop, I was greeted by a friendly woman that took my information and gave me a time frame for when the repair of my cracked iPhone 12 Pro Max would be finished. She quoted me about 3PM but it was done at 2:15 which was nice. When I picked it up she told me to test it out and it worked great. More importantly it looked great. I couldn't tell it ever cracked. LUIS IS THE BEST MOST INCREDIBLE HUMAN BEING IN THE WORLD! This place is inside of "Dark Games" and hard to find, it's also REALLY far away when you live in Summerlin as I do, or Henderson, but ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE DRIVE! I needed a new battery for my iPhone 6plus and the screen and front facing selfie camera were shattered. I went in just wanting a battery because I had photos of myself and my late husband on that phone, and I also had the encrypted WiFi passwords for my company on it. It was 10:00 Saturday night when I got there. For swapping out the battery Apple quoted me $350-$500, and I'd have to wait until the 22nd, most other places quoted me $90- $150 for the battery plus labor and had to order the battery. I went in and Luis had a new battery in my phone within 10 minutes and was charging my phone. That cost $35! I asked if he could fix the screen and he said "SURE" in and out in less than 45 minutes and I paid a TOTAL of $88 for parts and labor, with a two week waruntee and as an accidental bonus, my front facing selfie camera now works again and he cleaned my charging port out! While I was there 3 other people either picked up or dropped off their phones; they were ALL as happy as I was and Luis was knowledgeable and friendly to all of them!!! BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD GETTING SOMETHING REPAIRED AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took it in explained my situation girl asked for receipt i told her I didn't have it with me I was working but I had my info in the computer she said sorry we got a new system we don't have It.I said ok I'll call my wife to get a picture of receipt but she looked at it for 2 seconds and said oh wait even with the receipt it's physical damage! my phone had been in case whole time Never been dropped.I explained theres no Way and screen is in perfect shape just won't turn on she said sorry my tech says its physical .I can charge you $60 And fix it again i get it they have to pay the techs but don't tell people there's a warranty and not honor it BEWARE! read more
