first of all these guys have to buy there reviews lol because they actually have no customer service at all . I come to the store for a broken battery , I come with a new battery that I did try to install 3 days ago from Amazon , I use my phone 3 days with receipts using Apple Cash , because I lost my wallet . on a receipt 4 minutes before heading inside phone wizards I use my Apple Cash to purchase cigarettes I than go inside phone wizards and give my phone they are trying to push me to buy their battery and said since I'm a loyal customer they'll charge me $100 . I come with my battery they charge me $75 lol oh well cool beans they effing me , so I ask can I pay now , they " the three wizards" working says pay after . I come back two hours later and my Home Screen goes off and on , battery dies way faster , home button doesn't work . uh oh my payment is Apple Cash , I'm over there nervous telling him hey that never was my issues , Hugo says um find another payment , I says I have reciepts that show I was using this method at least 10 times just today , hey look even 4 minutes before coming here he says no . I try to pay in Apple Cash , Hugo says its a liability lol , I call apple costumer service , and they hear the whole thing and says what ,!? what store are you at and why won't they take that payment . Hugo changes his mind and give me a store phone and says pay this here I try but my home button is broken . he says I would go home and figure it out because I'm not going to be here just waiting you're wasting my time . mind you there's no line . I then start recording on my new phone because I bought one because I came back to the store multiple times trying to pay . 32 min later I pay with Apple Cash , he then starts getting angry and says for me to leave you're not welcome here lol I call him jack black to get under his skin. mind you I have everything recorded on audio and I'm telling my fan base about this of 80 k followers on instagram all from Las Vegas cause I own a pest control company . way bigger than phone wizards . he then says F U !!! lol perfect time when I was walking out the door a lady named Sarah heard ( ps I have her number (for lawsuit) she says what's that all about . he got mad cause it worked! he from the minute I stepped in was not letting me leave with my phone even though I have $90,000 in just one of those cards linked on my phone lol I have 5 more but I cannot use all or any of them because no physical card (lost wallet ) the audio I have is so clear and so disrespectful you guys just wait until I finish and load this on every Server but first ... see you in court ;) god bless wait wait wait and as I bought a new phone ! I took my broke phone to gasgets across the street they told me I had missing screws and whoever put my phone back on overtightened every screw took him an hour to get out . if you know anything about screw's you can't loosen em if it's stripped and tighten up super tight it just won't do . all screws were so tight they took out a different way . they said screws were missing so they put new ones and tightened , with no new party just the screws the phone works lok no issues , home button works I mean you name it . they charged me $25 first time customer Hugo and fat Joe and the hollister fruitcake working there gave me a quote of $315 to fix lol the home button and battery lol , enough said you'll meet my lawyer fairly soon , love Geoff read more

Absolutely the best service I have ever had with a repair location. Came in to repair my iPhone 8 with cracked screen, called 2 weeks in advance (their a bit far from where I live), not only did they give me the info over the phone of how much it would cost, but as soon as the call ended they texted me a recap of the conversation including the address of their location, hours, and pricing. When I arrived, they did a quick check, gave me exact price with taxes (cash only) and time frame of how long it would take 25 minutes, which is super fast compared to other places I have been. Super friendly, fast, efficient and they didn't try to up-sell me on anything. Offered me to give them a review for a free tempered glass but I purchased it anyways because I loved the experience I had. I would Absolutely recommend this place to Anyone, regardless they are a distance from where I live I will always go to them from here on out. Thank you iPhone wizards! Had a full iPhone screen replacement done here and they did it within 30 minutes and at a reasonable price. I had to return today to have them check on why my Touch ID could not be enabled after the screen replacement was done and they immediately worked on my phone for just a few minutes and then Touch ID was enabled again. They explained to me what causes that and they did not even charge me for fixing the home button to get the Touch ID working again. All in all, I had a very good experience with this company. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable, not to mention efficient! Would definitely come back here again should my phone gets busted (hopefully not) and I am recommending them to anyone who is in need of smartphone repairs. p.s. My son also says that they have great selection of game cards (Pokemon) so that's a plus! read more

I came here to have my iphone 11 battery replaced and they replaced it and the next day it drained and so i took it in and they said they fixed the charge port and battery and it would be better. I then took it home again and there was a dark spot on my screen and my speaker wouldnt work while on phone calls. So i then took it back, they replaced the screen and said that the speaker was better. My phone now resets on its own off and on multiple times a day. the screen doesnt work properly when i try to touch it, and the speaker still doesnt work. I wouldnt waste your time or money here. They may fix one problem but they will create more issues. Nothing was wrong with my phone besides the battery until they touched it. I now have to go buy a new phone because mine is ruined! I cracked the back and front of my iPhone 8+ and not even 2 hours later my phone was already having problems to where I couldn't even use it. My brother and my dad suggested iPhone Wizards and I called them the next morning, and they told me everything that I need to know, and how much it would cost and to come in, and they could take a look at it. I got there, and they were super nice about everything, and we went over everything again just to clarify. A couple of hours later my phone was completely fixed and looked brand-new my screen and the housing on my phone We're replaced for a very affordable price and I even bought a phone case and screen protector for $25 dollars more which in my opinion was worth it. I would recommend this place to anyone that has a phone that has a phone that needs repaired. read more

My second time using them and I won't go anywhere else ever again. I never do reviews but they deserve it. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Apple wanted to charge me $500 to replace the motherboard in my iPhone saying it was faulty but not even a year old. I brought it to iPhone wizards who diagnosed it for free. On top of that said if the repair wasn't the proper fix they would put it back to its original state and not charge me for it. They diagnosed the phone and found that the issue was the power on/off button was sticking. Total repair price was less than $200. Hard to find places that stand behind their work anymore. I dropped my phone in a pedi spa, i was an idiot and didn't turn it off right away. Soooo I fried the dang thing. They took the time to try and try again to turn on a water damaged phone! Once they got it turned on it was the screen so they replaced that for 85 and the button needed it too. And the only thing that's wrong is it can't take selfies! But hey! I don't care it's on! I had the best experience with these guys. My tech was confident that my phone was able to be repaired following a corner impact on my iPhone 5S that shattered the screen and dented the housing. They were able to "hammer it out" a bit which allowed the new screen to be seated almost perfectly. I was just happy I didn't have to replace my phone. Galaxy S24 Ultra was smashed and repaired with a Samsung Service Pack (Rear glass, front glass, AMOLED display and digitizer), speed was impressive too! The microphone in my i phone stopped working so people couldn't hear me on the other end of the line. I called these guys just before closing. He told me to come in real quick. Found on Yelp with great reviews and now I have to write a great review with my experience. I seeked a new screen or to restore my data if unrepairable. Although the screen prevented me to enter my code to unlock my phone, staff stated they have seen worse. I opted to leave and return the next day and so glad to have my Samsung S21 back.
